This is the second time in a row I've decided to cycle to work, taking the Emirates cable car to cross the river, and found the air line closed when I get there.
And now I'm sat here next to my bike wondering how I'm going to get to work.
EDIT: I ended up cycling to trinity buoy wharf and getting a boat over to the peninsula.

What is with CarPlay occasionally not being recognised on your iPhone? I have an official lightning cable for my car, my car has CarPlay built in & yet yesterday it said “this device is not recognised” or something along those lines about how it’s not an official cable or device, even though it is.
I unlocked the phone and that seemed to work then, but every time I locked the phone the map froze. The directions were still being given to me in real-time, but the map was frozen until I would unlocked the phone. What the absolute fuck??! Has anyone else encountered this problem? It’s ridiculous that CarPlay with an official cable won’t work perfectly every time!
