So basically I just saw Eddie Hall's post on Instagram about his new pre-workout going online. I got excited and took a quick peek at the ingredients.

Interactions with blocks/mobs are influenced by arm/back strength. The minimum requirement to play the game normally like break blocks normally and kill mobs with your fist like in a version of the game without VR would require you to be able to bicep curl at least 15KG and do at least 32 pushups.
Your hand grip joystick whatevers can simulate weight by making themselves heavier/lighter. Any block is simulated to be 15KG, so you're gonna need to be fairly jacked to play the game normally. However, if you exceed past this limit of strength requirement/push ups like for example, can lift 30KG and/or do more than 32 push ups, your strength goes up from there. If you can bicep curl 23KG, you can throw blocks at mobs.
Based on strength, you can also knock back mobs. As stated, you need to at least be able to bicep curl 15KG and do at least 32 push ups to deal normal damage and knockback to mobs. More than that, you can knockback them more blocks and deal more damage following your strength. In fact, if you're some champion bodybuilder/lifter, you could probably one shot a ravager/enderman/iron golem.
If you cannot meet those requirements for normal damage, the damage and knockback also goes down from there. Like, if you can only lift 10KG, the damage dealt normally goes down by ⅓. Don't worry, you can lift each block with both hands or one hand.
This will simplify muscle grinders. Also, a hidden feature: If you can bicep curl 100 KG: you can one shot the Ender Dragon and Wither.
