>•Public investment to tax revenue equal to or greater than 20 percent.
>•A stable real exchange rate.
>•A positive real interest rate.
So far, out of the members of the Economic Community of West African States that have adopted the Eco, Ghana's economy has only strengthened and has become a developed nation, now a Newly Industrialized Country. The president, and people, only wish to share such prosperity with the rest of the Economic Community. Under such an economic union.

The West African Confederacy is in turmoil; its population is declining rapidly and the birth rate is plunging each year.
"West Africans are just not having children," French analyst, Arnaud Ferrier, told Pelican Global. "The younger black generations just aren't attracted to their peers; it's a huge public crisis. They aren't starting families; they're aren't having babies; they aren't having sex."
The Confederacy now has the world's lowest birth rate - possibly even the world's lowest birth rate ever - with only 0.2 births per 1,000 people last year in 2019. This was lower than the birth rates of Taiwan, Germany, Monaco and Korea. In 2018, the birth rate was 0.24 births per 1,000 people and 0.28 births per 1,000 people in 2017, confirming the continuing plunging rates.
"Africans are not having sex; they are not procreating; they are not starting new families," Dr. Mitoje Odega said yesterday. "This new economic stimulus bill is a step forward, but ultimately, the Confederacy will need to open up its borders to foreigners, just like Germany has now done."
One analyst, a Dutch sociologist living in the United Kingdom, believes that the attitude within the last few decades has shifted.

Jonathan Selassie, Governor of West Kenya, reportedly told reporters that he "married a Spanish Arab" because "I find the idea of dating or having sex with one of my own people, black people, repulsive and like incest; it would be like it was my sister or my mother."
Selassie's comments were met with uproar and calls for his resignation. The EAF is also suffering from a sharp decline in birth rates as well, although it is nowhere near as bad as the WAC's decline, given that the EAF has had a steady influx of economic migrants over the years from Eastern Europe and Persia.
