A list of puns related to "Dual flush toilet"
Hi guys,
I have watched countless videos. And I really mean countless.
Just bought a new place and I am trying to increase the water level in my toilet bowl. The tank seems to be filling up properly without issue. It fills right up to the overflow tube but leaves the bowl with very little water in it. I thought if I fill past the overflow tube, the excess water would just drain into the bowl and increase the water level there. It does so momentarily but then begins draining out of the bowl as well and after about 10 seconds the water level in the bowl is low again, so filling past the overflow tube is a no go (probably wrong anyways?). Does anyone have any idea what I am missing or how I can amend this issue? Images attached and the toilet is an American Standard model 4035
Much appreciated!

Hello everyone. Purchased a home several months ago and I am slowing making upgrades to different aspects of the house. Built in 2002 I am looking to replace some Gerber toilets that are pretty stained, seem to clog frequently and I would like to put less stress on the septic system. I am researching single flush high efficiency vs dual flush systems but everything I have found so far online seems pretty generic info. Wondering if anyone has opinions on either system. Oh and itβs just my wife and I so that might sway opinions one way or the other. Thanks everyone!!
I have two of these Toto toilets, and both have always had this extremely low water level in the bowl. The flush is fine, but the water level is so low that if you are taking a #2, it will stick to the bowl and flushing won't remove it. You end up having to scrub it off.
Is this normal? Is there any way to adjust it the toilet bowl water level to be higher? The bowl is model CT446CUGT40#01, and the tank is ST446EMA#01.
To be clear, it is the resting toilet bowl water level, not the tank level, that is too low. They are dual flush toilets, and the respective flushes seem to be operating as expected (high empties the tank, low does not completely empty the tank).
Besides this, I am very happy with the toilets. But if it cannot be changed then I'll likely replace them.

My landlord (aka my MIL) refuses to fix it. It just takes forever to "reset" from a flush and just keeps making a hissing noise for about 5 minutes where I've heard other toilets of comparable size hiss for only thirty seconds to maybe two minutes.
Also, when I flush using the second flusher option, it barely has any force. I sometimes have to get a bucket full of water to flush everything down. I've already used a toilet snake and various liquids to try and remove any possible blockage, but it still does it on every flush.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.
Does anyone have advice on how to make it easier for our 4 year old to flush our top push button toilet? It takes some strength to flush. Wanted to order Kidsflush but can no longer order!
