A list of puns related to "DuPont (1802–2017)"
Back in the day, company’s, like DuPont, would just pour chemicals into the waterways in order to save money. They could pay to make it safe for the environment but they have no incentive to. This is why the EPA has to force them to or face fines. Do you just say, “fuck the environment!” or is there some market factor you expected to happen? I have no idea. Let me know!

Edit: I want to remind everybody that nobody did any collective action against DuPont before so expecting the people of AnCapistan to stop DuPont or Enron is silly. It needs a system of some kind. Wether it’s government regulation or syndicalism. There is no reason to believe people will stop buying from bad actors cause they don’t or that they wouldn’t destroy their own private property because they do. If it’s cheaper, they’ll destroy the planet.
Going back to school and selling my fountain pen collection! (Need to replace my laptop!)

“I have seen him doing some photo shoots this week, isn’t it official yet? “, Ugo Mola said yesterday during a press conference before the champions cup weekend.
I’ve been very collapse aware lately in regards to the climate and US political/infrastructure situation.
But my god I was just becoming more and more horrified reading about DuPont. Have we really poisoned the earth just for a few bucks? Is there any way I can protect my family?
Before reading this, I’ll be honest I was considering having kids. I know that’s an unpopular opinion on this sub, but I’ve always greatly looked forward to parenthood.
Now though, seeing how poisoned the earth that child would grow up in, knowing that everyday I’m exposed to substances that could give me future child major birth defects, substances that are impossible to avoid and whose existence I know nothing about, I just don’t think I can justify it anymore.
I'm not sure if anybody cares just thought I'd give a heads up. Short (5'5 ish) person in a dark puffy jacket, hat, and mask. I think black pants too but I don't remember. Anyway be careful.
Does anyone know what the heavy police presence near Lima and Dupont on 01/01/22 around 12:00 noon was all about?
It seemed focused around Solomon farm, but the area was pretty well covered so it may have been a wider area
So I’ve worked a few schedules and interviewed a few places. A variation on the DuPont is what I see most:
3 day/3nights
4 days
A week off
4 nights
Somewhere in there is a relief week of 32-40 hours and maybe a dedicated training week if you’re 6 section.
Anyone work anything substantially different?
Here's a historical example of what we're up against times infinity:
IMDB / [Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dark_Waters_(2019_film)
From the film:
> [1h27m43s] "In Dupont's most recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission ..."
> [1h45m24s] "We needed to do filings when DuPont started lobbying Washington. That's Washington's problem, not ours. That's why you got them involved. Your memo? It's just a fine Tom. It's a fine. $16 million, it's, it's nothing for these people. It's pocket change. Yes but if they get charged with criminal concealment, game over! You said DOJ was investigating. Not anymore. What? They dropped the investigation. They dropped what? They dropped it. No reason given. Tom, our government is captive to DuPont. This case it's the only hope we have. They know that and they're trying to make it as expensive as they can to force you to make me stop."
> [1h57m41s] "Dupont. They're renegging. Which part? All of it. They're tearing up our agreement, rejecting the science panel. They're, they're, they're gonna, they're gonna fight every claim in court, thousands of claims, people, sick people, they'll give up. They can't fight DuPont. How can they go back, on on, they can't go back on everything. Well they're a titan of industry, and they can do whatever the hell they want. Nothing else matters. They, they can fight you all they want, it doesn't take away from what you've done. Of course it does. That's exactly what it does! They want to show the world it's no use fighting. Look everybody, even he can't crack the maze, and he's helped build it! The system is rigged! They want us to think it'll protect us, but that's a lie. We protect us. We do. Nobody else. Not the companies, not, not, not the scientists, not the government. Us! A farmer with a 12th grade education told me that. On day one he knew! And I and I thought he was crazy. He didn't act crazy."
