However, this does not sit well with many crypto activists, who see NFT's as useful. Regardless, half a dozen subreddits have reported the thing. In most of them, scuffles break out over whether NFT's have viability, or are planet destroying jpegs.

How did you find RepLadies? The Reddit algorithm! What really got me into the world of reps was r/RepLaidesBST. It’s been eye-opening to fill this out because it’s made me realize that I’ve spent more money on myself than ever before. I usually don’t spend on myself without a lot of guilt. These past two years have helped me reconcile with the concept of self-care and investing in oneself though. I’ll add that I was/am active on r/makeupexchange and r/fragranceswap. The amount spent there was definitely lower than replife though.
Were you familiar with reps before RL? I saw RL as a sub suggestion a few years ago before. I peeked into it but got overwhelmed by the jargon. In fact, I gave up when I couldn’t for the life of me figure out what a PSP was! Shout out to all the truly wonderful RL who have helped me out or pointed me to resources!
How many bags do you own? I think I have acquired maybe ~40 since October (I went full-frontal HAM..do ppl still say that?). I recognize that it’s a lot but at the same time, I stand by it because it’s been an such an outlet. I know I can’t stay on my trajectory without selling some because I’m running out of funds and space. But while it’s lasted, it’s been an incredible stress reliever and social outlet. Plus I always tell myself, it’s all still at or under the cost of 1-3 auths, right?!? RIGHT?!?!?

I wanted to touch on a subject that hasn't seem to have gotten a lot of attention. We have been aware of Rim Billiton as a faction since the beginning, and yet we know so little about them. Heck, they're talked about even less than Blacksteel (who have a section on the official site's faction page and RIM doesn't). Yet despite their minuscule presence in the story thus far, what has been shown leads me to believe they are quietly one of the biggest players on the stage that is Terra.

Geopolitically, Rim Billiton is a coporatocracy (i.e. the company and the country are one in the same) relatively isolated with some tenuous ties to Victoria. They're the primary home of the Cautus race, with many of Rhodes Island's own Cautus operators originally being from there, including Amiya. RIM is the premier mining conglomerate on Terra, is heavily invested in Originium and Originium-based products, and has quite the expertise in engineering and manufacturing, including Ch'en's sweet dune buggy.

In their first story mention in Darknights Memoir, we learn the landship was found, excavated, and being refurbished by Rim Billiton under the direction of Babel. Such a large undertaking would have certainly needed not only the agreement, but a substantial contribution from RIM. What may have seemingly gone unnoticed is that RIM also likely provided much of the security for transporting the incomplete landship as it traveled northwards to Kazdel. Now all of this raises the question of what did RIM expect to get out of this partnership with Babel? For committing so many resources and personnel, what was offered by Theresa? I find it hard to believe RIM was swayed simply by Theresa's words. Money is possible, and yet somehow I don't think RIM was simply interested in just money. RIM's head honchos must have been curious exactly what the landship was doing buried in their territory and what exactly Theresa wanted to do with it.

I started by watching all the MIT Gary Gensler lectures, all of the videos where Micheal Saylor proved he was a maximalist. I read books trying to understand the gold standard, the bitcoin standard, where Peter Schift is coming from. I reading the white paper again and again, understanding byzantine, and then others.
In the past year I've learned

- Tax laws in both my countries,
- How to spot good/bad news article

- Charted on chain metrics
- Watched interview after interview
- Read about the fourth turning demographic crisis era, of new digital internet money revolution
- Participated in macroeconomic lectures and seminars.
I get it. I think most of us here do.
Where does it stop? I feel like I’ve gotten the equivalent of a bachelors degree in DeFi market finance having been hyper obsessed the past many months. What’s next? Do I learn how to build my own cryptos? Learn Haskell? Do I start trading evolving NFTs ‘for the tech’? Set up nodes just for principles sake?
I’ve become desensitized to the volatility and have just decided not to sell until 2033. What do I do till then?

Hi all,
I recently watched a few videos with Dr. Andrew Kaufman, Dr. Tom Cowan, and Jon Rappoport, and read this article from Off-Guardian, and it really blew my mind that:
- The SARS-CoV-2 virus has never been isolated (based on the very strict definition of virus isolation)
- The SARS-CoV-2 virus has never been proven to cause COVID-19 disease (based on Koch's Postulates)
- The SARS-CoV-2 genome is merely hypothetical because it is based on computer modeling (since no isolated form of the virus actually exists, no "real" genome can be sequenced)
- The RNA sequences that the PCR test "detects" are for non-specific proteins that are also found in other microbial and human genomes (thus, a "positive" test does not conclusively signify the presence anything specific, let alone a "virus")
It's been kind of difficult to absorb all of this information, since I do not have a background in biology or virology, but I have found Dr. Cowan's explanations to be very helpful for beginners. I wanted to ask: does anyone have any other videos/articles to recommend? I want to understand these concepts better, so I would appreciate any of your recommendations!
Two weeks ago my double jabbed brother was saying he has nothing against vaccines but governments shouldn’t be allowed to mandate that people get them. Yesterday I had to block him on Facebook after he wouldn’t stop messaging me that if I get my kids vaccinated that I may as well put a gun to their heads and pull the trigger. 5G is going to kill us all, mass hypnosis, Pizzagate, the whole shebang.
I’m still trying to figure out whether he‘s been radicalised this quickly, if he’s held these beliefs a long time but been keeping them under wraps until now or if this is part of some kind of larger acute mental health episode. I’m leaning towards the latter, he’s had a tough year (work/financial stress, not getting along with our dad, an injury that’s required multiple surgeries and his long term girlfriend broke up with him just before Christmas) and as well as the conspiracy stuff he’s also gone from being an extremely vocal atheist (to the point of being very cruel and hurtful to our mum who’s a devoted Christian about her beliefs) to ranting about god’s plan and posting bible verses on Facebook. I have nothing at all against religion but the sudden personality shift worries me.
Anyways I don’t know. I’ve just reached the point where I’ve realised I can’t help him. Any attempts to have a rational discussion about it were met with accusations that I was trying to gaslight/manipulate him, anger and more hurtful and abusive statements than I could bear, all the while insisting that I was the one being cruel and abusive to him. He repeatedly violated our agreement to only talk about neutral topics after it became clear that he wouldn’t listen to reason. I eventually had to say I love you and nothing can ever stop me from being your sister but I can’t continue talking to you if you’re going to be like this, please don’t message me again until I say it’s ok. He sent me over 50 messages in the next 2 hours alternating between begging and threatening me so I blocked him. I feel terrible but know it’s the only option I have at this point. I can’t figure out how and why this has happened.

Do you think we should have a more in-depth lore collection for this game?
I'm not sure if this was just me. But when I was playing the game last night, I found myself occasionally wandering around, just looking for collectibles (there are items you can search I think...there's a search icon when you are near it). It's like collectibles, but this game isn't an RPG game, so I don't think collectibles is really a thing here.
But damn, I am a huge lore nerd, and being an R6 fanboy, I really want to deep dive into the Archaean's origins, research notes by scientists, leftover notes by others in the environment, etc. That would be so cool.
P.S. Seriously, if I can get 100 Upvotes on this, I'll create a dedicated discord channel on my server and we can use it to share lore-related stuff and have a mass nerd-fest tgt. 😜😅

I've been gobbling up some of the lore right now, and I love it. I see that we are past the 1st quarter of the upvote target. I'm excited to start that dedicated channel. I will put the link in an updated section below once we reach the goal. ;)
For the dedicated channel I hope to create, I'm already thinking that we can use it to submit/share screenshots, photos, throughout the game and from different locations so we can curate a documented archive of what happened, and what's left behind, so if anyone of you comes across something in a room/office/area and there's something interesting to capture, you can then share it within the channel.
