Where to buy tickets without a service fee in Dallas? Dos Equis Pavilion

I’m starting to notice that Ticketmaster and livenation fees are ridiculous. $33.50 in service fee plus a $5 order processing fee. I understand why they charge the fees but I just don’t want to pay for their service anymore. I tried contacting what I though was the box office for the Dos Equis Pavilion but they redirect me to Ticketmaster lol. Is there a local box office at the venue or somewhere else with at least cheaper fees?
