I would trade off a few characters gender and a few characters race, i believe that there should have been a bit more black characters, and a bit more female ones in the FPA side, since it's America/England, i wouldn't be that much bothered to have a character like Attenborough gender bend, but i'm not so sure about Schenkopff, since his character is a true dad asshole, but i'm not really sure if i would completely hate the idea, it depends a lot on the excecution.
What i would not trade is the Imperial side composition, like, anything at all, the core idea representation is a monarchy where a Hitler like entity won and created it's own Empire, and i don't think that any of the characters of Reinhardt's operation should be changed as a result, no gender-bends nor race-bends at all, or maybe just one, maybe Oberstein, but the other ones i don't think should be changed in those aspects. The enemies of that side could be changed in gender possibly, like the braunschweig side, but i might be wrong, but ultimately, most of it should stay, if they want to create a sub plot to make better sense in some aspects from the point of view of civilians, they could make use a female point of view on those matters.
And i would never change the core personality nor race of the main main characters, Reinhard must stay Blonde and white, Yang must stay Asian/American, Kierchis must stay as a Ginger(Julian could be changed of race with not si much of a problem i believe)
The Terraism sect can change tons of these things with no problem in my opinion.
Truhnit i believe, could be made a female with no so much of a problem
And for now i think that's it, some of these could sound contradictory from one to another, but i just published this post to see what are you comfortable to see and what not, sorry for the long post, but it's an interesting concept i believe
Rockets GM Daryl Morey posted a simple status (now deleted), an image that said "Fight for Freedom. Stand with Hong Kong".
In response, Rockets owner Tilman Fertitta tweeted:
>Listen....@dmorey does NOT speak for the @HoustonRockets. Our presence in Tokyo is all about the promotion of the @NBA internationally and we are NOT a political organization. @espn

According to several reports and papers from the IROC (for example this or this ), in the audits with the phantom containing TLDs and films many centers has an average error higer than 4% in the TLD doses, and also in many of the centers the percentage of points in the film within 7% /4 mm is well below 100%
If the reported passing rate for the internal pre-treatment QA in most hospitals is that 95% of the points pass 3% / 3 mm, something doesn't add up. According to IROC, in some cases an error has been dectected and corrected, but in others the reason is unclear. Taking advantage of the anonimity of reddit, is anyone willing to tell us about their IROC results (or those from a friend)? I am in Europe and unfortunately my hospital hasn't take this audit for the moment.
Possible reasons I can think of:
- Many people lie about their own QA or do not say all the truth.
- Part of the differences are due to the uncertainties in the IROC dosimetry rather than actual errors in the department.
- People make some type of normalization in the pretreatment QA that hiddens some errors. For example I think it is customary not to measure absolute dose in the phantom but to use an irradiation with a "reference" beam to get the ratio Dose/reading by assuming the TPS calculates the dose for the "reference" conditions with negligible error.
Edit: I realize now that the title of the post is not well expresed. Is it possible to edit it? (Reddit rookie's question)
