I don't know if I'm doing this currectly, but I installed the youtube-dl app for android "dvd" on my phone. I just installed the base app (I'm saying this because I don't know if I'm supposed to have anything else istalled for the app to work correctly).
When I type a custom command like this one:
youtube-dl -x --audio-format m4a URL
I't doesn't want to download it. It just says "Running script" or something like that in my notification area, but when it finishes, nothing happens.
The GUI downloading videos in the app works fine, but it doesn't have the metadata and thumbnail image like I want it to have.

I'm trying to sell my i5 6600k for $170. I'm open to offers especially if they're serious. I purchased this chip, installed it into my system, overclocked it, and wanted more so I jumped on a i7 Microcenter deal. I only used this chip for about a month, then uninstalled it and cleaned it to be placed back in original packaging. Never volted past 1.3 vcore and seemed happy at 4.6 ghz with a closed liquid CPU cooler.
The HDD's are healthy and in working order. I'm asking $25 a piece OBO plus shipping for the 500 GB ones and $10 OBO plus shipping for the 160 GB one.
The DVD drive is in good condition and works. $10 OBO plus shipping.
I don't know what to price the graphics card at because of its age. What I can tell you is I pulled the cooler, blew all the dust out, cleaned the old thermal paste off and put new Noctua NT-H1 paste on it. Then I overclocked it up to 755 mghz and stress tested it to certify the cooling and chip were both in working order. The temps stayed really low and the fan bearing is working great with no extra noise. Best offer (if any) gets it.

It's on my drive tray. It says it's DVD RW, too, but it also says this stuff.
Trying to burn DVD+R DL discs. Superdrive will recognize that it's a blank disc, but still makes a whirring and clicking sound. When I check disk utility it shows the drive as not having a disc. Drive burns everything else fine (CD-R, DVD-R) but not the blank dual layers.
BTW: I've tried about every trick suggested when Googling this: Different discs (avoiding Memorex), using a lower burn speed, trying different software, etc. I've also tried using an external burner attached by a USB. Still no success.
Specs: This is a mid-2012 MacBook Pro, running OSX 10.9.3. My drive: HL-DT-ST DVDRW GS31N:

I have backed up some of my DVD box sets of various TV shows. Each season has 6 disks with it, and I would like to combine them into one disc. I have a blu-ray burner, but I was wondering if there was any software out there that could add all 6 discs together, but keeping their menus intact. I'd like to set it up to where the first menu that pops up is where I select which disc I would like to play.
I have Nero, but I don't think the software can do what I want.
I have finally gotten to the point where I am ready to make back-ups of my games. To be clear; I am not looking to pirate games, just make copies of the ones I own. I'm trying to figure out what the best DVD+R DL discs are to do so, any suggestions?

Do I understand correctly that there is no complete live concert with R!N (and since she dropped out there never will be one)?
So the "Debut 10th Anniversary No Audience Livestream (2020.08.14)" with shortened versions of many songs is all we have from that era of the band? And even that one is only available in SD-Quality (DVD) on a fanclub release in a legal way.
I don't understand why most Japanese publishers don't give us what we really want. At least one 1080p Bluray release of every major tour. Instead I have to download illegal copies or pay premium prices to "scalpers" on auction sites and/or get DVDs years after Full-HD and Blurays were introduced.
I have 3Gb worth of files on a DVD-R which I personaly created 10 years ago. Today I was browsing the files and they worked fine -- no corruption at all.
Then the system crashed, I ejected the DVD-R and now the computer (Windows 10) does not see any files on the DVD. Isobuster says "no media."
Are these files recoverable? Any help will be hugely appreciated!
