Hello! Let me just start by saying usually my husband and I would just pack up, head out and just hope we find a spot to camp, we love exploring and finding new areas. This year is different though! We had our first baby in December so we have been camping much closer to home. We miss the mountains though!
We plan on going to Crowsnest pass area in august, only thing is we don’t want to spend hours searching for a spot with an 8 month old lol. Anyone have any hints of where we can go? We definitely don’t expect anyone to give up their spots but a rough idea of where to go would be sooooo appreciated :)
Hello! I am a local in the Crowsnest Pass and wanted to put together a focus group to have a discussion regarding coal development in the region and generally the Eastern Slopes of Alberta.

I am thinking of one day moving to somewhere else in Alberta. I currently live in Canmore and may never be able to afford a house.
I've been fishing around the Crowsnest and really enjoyed it. I also like the proximity to castle mountain and I have heard good things about the mountain biking in the area as well.
I am curious what part of the area is your favorite? Are their any key considerations I might be overlooking?
