A list of puns related to "Cricket clothing and equipment"
It could be something you use as a replacement for whatβs issued, or to compliment your life in the field and/or deployment. I preferred to just use whatever was issued, but some like to go all out with βcool guyβ stuff.
I find it visually unappealing to see all uniform clothing and armor dyes based on faction color. I really want color variance not based on a flag, with all the vibrancy and variation that medieval people and especially soldiers loved.
Hi guys,
Apologies if this does not follow any rules, just trying to spread the word. Below is a copy/paste of a post by a worker at Benson's Lane Cricket Ground. This is the home Ground for Hawkesbury 1st grade side and training site. Previously, the ground was completely flooded with all equipment lost. Now, they have had their maintenance shed broken into and all equipment stolen. They are appealing for information.
"Hi Everyone,
Just when you thought my work was coming out the end of floods, covid etc. we have been hit with a new low.
On Saturday night our maintenance shed at Bensons Lane was broken into and all of the new tools and equipment (plus more) that we received a grant for, for flood repatriation have been stolen. Some of the items that were stolen are:-
2 x cylinder mowers 2 x hand mowers, 2 x back pack blowers 2 x hand held blowers 1 x chainsaw 2 x back pack sprayers 1 x hedger All new hand held tools β Makita drill, grinder, torches, grease guns, circular saw and more 1 x Cdax 200 litre spray tank 3 x drums of unleaded fuel 2 x drums of diesel fuel 1 x tow behind fertiliser spreader 1 x edger 1 x gurney
Our staff are still working out exactly what has been stolen but this is devastating. The value of the equipment is still to be estimated and due to the facility being flood affected it is not insured.
If you could pass the message around and see if anyone you know might be aware of any of this equipment being sold it would be much appreciated.
Please donβt hesitate to flood your facebook pages or any other media you have access to with this news so we can endeavour to see if we can recover any of these items or find someone who may be selling all this.
Thank you"
Basically, I donβt want to freeze to death while convincing 2 different NPCs to let me enroll in the college. Dying of hypothermia mid-conversation would be embarrassing. Also, would hot food be mandatory for surviving that long in Winterholdβs conditions?
When the Jem'Hadar use their ability to shroud they become almost cloaked, as if their are using some sort of cloaking device. But this is strange as they do not seem to have any cloaking devices for their ships.
On my rewatch of the episode "The Abandoned", The crew of the station end up with a Jem'Hadar child. As the child gets older he demonstrates that he can indeed shroud himself. Even if there was a device in the wreckage, I don't believe they would have equipped him with it.
/u/mddcat04 also pointed out that, in rocks and shoals, the white deprived Jem'Hadar are unable to shroud anymore. Given that this appears to be a genetic trait, how then can they shroud their clothing an equipment?
Like in my house it's cold and my hands are cold, and when I go out I get cold around my body because I don't make the effort to get all dressed up, I just tolerate the cold. But in the Poles, people wear all the gear so do their cores get cold at all or are they nice and warm when all dressed up, just with the exposed bits cold?
On TV, people always act like they are freezing cold even with all the gear on. Is this just largely for dramatic effect?
If you ran in the Arctic with modern gear on, surely you'd be really warm?
Edit: I know it IS frikkin freezing in those places btw.
My colonists are all archotech-limb and organ kitted, unlimited skill cap. Theyβll become demi-gods among 2020s humans, 24/7 researching, fighting, constructing. They donβt need sleep at all, they can eat a meal a day and be full for 2 days, they think faster than any computer or human on earth. Always kind, caring, sweet and beautiful, epitome of humans for millenniums until earth humans also develop their own archotech. Arms with their own intelligences, they can react faster than any human, livers and kidneys that extract every bit of nutrients from food, legs that can run faster than majority of street cars, eyes that can see through everything and on every wavelength.
Dressed entirely in attomachinery clothing, attomachines are the smallest things ever, a heavy plate armour is equal to 15000mm of RHA with it, 15,000 MPA and entirely heat proof.
Hello folks, I'm new to... everything about Dark Elves.
I've got my first set of Kabalite Warriors to paint. But unlike any miniature painting I've done before, these are more abstract and arcane. I don't know what many of these tubes, blades, and articles of clothing are meant to be. Obviously, I could paint them randomly and see what looks good, but I like to spend a lot of my painting time thinking about the items and trying to make them look accurate to what they are supposed to be.
To that end, is there some kind of guide you could point me to introducing me to the equipment, accoutrements, and gear often carried by Drukhari?

Obviously a backpack designed to strap around a spider abdomen or thorax will be different than a backpack designed for a humanoid, as will clothing, belts, straps, etc.
I need basic things like hiking boots, shirts, pants, and a new jacket. I know REI is really popular, and it has a co-op program, but the closest one to me is 20 mins away, so I've never been to one. Why do you shop at REI instead of other sporting good stores (or Amazon)?
Edit: To all the commenters, thanks for your help. I appreciate all your answers, and Iβll head on over to REI soon. To everyone else, thanks for the downvotes. Thatβs nice.
Hello, I'm relatively new to gave development and Godot but have a question. What is the usual way that people deal with changing or adding an element to characters in rpgs and such? Do you animate the base main body and clothing on a separate layers and overlap the animations in the engine?
Specifically, I'm thinking of an action RPG or even RTS style game where a character may add a helmet or put on chain mail etc. What options exist for this? Is there a usual approach?
Thanks!
Hi ruggers,
So after a few years our of the sport I'm getting back on the horse again. However, now I live in Denmark (EU) and with Brexit it no longer makes sense for me to buy my gear from the UK (Lovells, rugbystore et al).
In order to avoid extra bills from customs I'm now looking for a decent store that sends their products from within the EU (perhaps France or Ireland) although English language sites are preferable.
Can anyone come with some good recommendations?
i suggest this only because i like to have my gas mask bound to a button so i can put it on when i need it without going through the pip-boy, but the problem is i have to go back into it to take it off again anyway. at the very least, i think this should only apply to gas masks.
More Craftable Equipment - Unenchanted Clothing and Specialty Gear
A while back, I went looking for a good mod to craft unenchanted faction gear and other unplayable items. Turned out there weren't any like what I was looking for, so I started making one.
What this mod does is add a new crafting station, the Weaving Loom, which is used to make clothing (thanks to the old mod Cannabis Skyrim for the asset). That includes all the usual common items like farm clothing, but as you do quests/fulfill other requirements, you can unlock more interesting items as well, like the previously unplayable Psijic Robes. Likewise, it's also possible to craft many new armor items at the Blacksmith Forge and Skyforge, including faction gear among other things.
