A list of puns related to "Corroborating evidence"
We all know that all evidence found in a murder case must be found within a certain time frame, which is mumble mumble and any evidence found on either side of the time frame must be planted.
Saw it in a TV show and I was curious.
I've been lurking a while and every time someone claims they have evidence for their claims if gangstalking they never follow up and post it. they basically just say "How dare you accuse me of mental illness when I claim to have irrefutable evidence. No you can't see it."
That seems like a big loophole, and since we've seen it play out from the 22nd Century to 24th Century, it's a 200-year-old loophole too.
I have been reading and listening to DBβs account of what happened on the beach on July 29th 1985, which led to Steven being framed the first time. As an aside, Iβve also been shocked at the vicious comments from some who donβt believe him. DB has really taken some, IMO, unwarranted stick. I donβt understand why people turn so nasty when they donβt agree with someone. Just pass it by ! I believe you are telling the truth DB, if are reading this.
Anyway, the picnic in the park pix, appear to vindicate some of his claims about strange goings on, but there are a couple of other things now that add credence to his claims.
Something that has been public for quite a while, so Iβm not absolutely sure that it hasnβt been raised before, but I havenβt seen it. DB says: βAt the same time a Two Rivers Police officer named Charlie Clough (sp?) arrived.β
When this was written they werenβt sure of the spelling of the name of the officer first on the scene, but you can hear DBβs pronunciation here at @ 6 minutes 10 seconds

In the top right hand corner of the last page (24) in Two Rivers Police Department Gregory Allen Records shows the name of the UNIT OFF ASSIGNED to be K***** 26.
Further confirmation that this officerβs first name was Charlie.
Brendenβs intelligence (or lack there of) is immaterial in my opinion. Coerced or not, a confession with no corroborating evidence, especially biological material left behind, is not enough to find someone guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. He had bleach on his jeans? All that shows is he cleaned something up. False confessions happen. Coerced or not.
A lot of people say he led the cops to evidence of the crime that they didnβt know of, but I still donβt know what that is. Even so, the knowledge of something does not put HIM at the scene of the crime. If we are to beleive Steven is guilty, maybe Brenden really was only around for the cleanup and saw something in the fire and Steven told him the rest of the story and to keep his mouth shut. But I donβt even believe that!
There is doubt just all over the place in Brendenβs case. According to Brenden, Theresa died five different ways in four places for Christβs sake. The jury done goofed, and it is this very case that has cemented my beleif that juries really are made up of dumbos and that our current judicial system just doesnβt work and is inescapable from corruption. I donβt blame the jury for their verdict after Averyβs mess of a trial. Even a jury comprised of moderately intelligent people probably couldnβt see just how much of a clusterfuck the investigation was and thought the blood in the car, bones on his property, and teresaβs DNA on the bullet was enough to convict. But Brendenβs verdict is beyond my comprehension.
