Just moved into an apartment downtown and looking to see if any fellow compadres were trying to get some beers and watch the pads sometime. Mainly trying to gear up for a potential playoff run as I’ll 100% get evicted if I’m watching playoff baseball with these thin ass walls
I made a post about it earlier this week but we now have a discord server set up and some real planning is going down to establish a Padre bar up here in San Francisco. I've already spoken with the manager of Danny Coyle's, the old Chargers bar up here but it died when they moved, and he sounded beyond stoked to host us (idk if he is from SD or not but sounded like a fat homie). Currently have 11 people in the discord but a lot of them seem to have +1's or +2's so it's looking like we're going to have a solid squad. We've also been talking about rolling deep to the series up here in September. I'm just curious if fellow Compadres think that Weathers and Lamet should be a combination start until after the All Start Break or stretched out individually now.
My feeling is that they're a great duo to try to get 5-6 innings out of every 5th day.
