A list of puns related to "Cliff walk"
So let me walk you through the jungle, and someone please point out the errors here.
Where we were. 2008. Lehman. The big short. The end of capitalism. Basically the world woke up to broken promises. Trillions upon trillions in promises that turned out to be dogshit. The fed buys it all.
Where we are. The fed is still buying all the mbs so pension funds can make good on their payments to their pension holders. For a long time, like a decade, there was a balance of people still working, not drawing on their pension. This kept a lid on inflation in commodities but a bubble in all other assets.
But now, that balance has shifted. Yes the stimmies helped, but now the pensioner is adding to the fire. they are spending their retirement money the fed is printing and using to buy mbs.
Cue covid. The boomer remover. Why is the govt of the west pushing so hard for this vaccine? Targeted eugenics. The vaccine doesn't stop covid or stop you from transmitting it but govts are going full out. see europe. see Australia. see canada. see USA.
If the govts can remove the pension overhang the pensioners represent, the system doesn't go bankrupt and the money printer wins.
Facts. Most pension funds are insolvent. Calpers is going full amc. The fed cannot stop bond or mbs purchases. the fed cannot raise rates. the usa is broke. europe is broke. canada, nz, Australia are broke. china is falling apart at the edges. concentration camps are a thing again. war in europe is looking like a real possibility. again. hunter biden is not an accomplished artist. the fda wont release pfizer safety data for 50 years.
there are a lot of reports of vaccine side effects that it is getting crazy. athletes dying, kids getting strokes, healthy people just randomly dying.
anyways...
it seems to me that, from a historical perspective, govt has no problem killing its citizens. Especially if the citizens are owed money. Back in the day if you were the king and you owed the nobles a lot of money the easiest thing to do was kill the nobles. Or if you owed a bunch of merchants, just hang em. they got wise to that trick and several hundred years later: democracy.
But the problem remains. A lot of money is owed to pensioners. And there's not enough to go around. So covid "escapes" from the lab and then you have the mess of the last two years and all the shit thats been happening. literally nothing has made sense for the past two years, but really since 2008.
Soooo anyways, this has been my
... keep reading on reddit β‘This just happened near where I live:
"According to investigators, big wave surfer Darryl "Flea" Virostko was driving on Highway 1 when he was struck by another car driven by a 40-year-old Santa Cruz woman.
The unidentified woman reportedly got out of her vehicle, crossed the highway and walked toward the cliff overlooking the ocean before she fell into the ocean. Investigators don't know it was an accident or not.
The woman's body was recovered from the ocean by Coast Guard helicopter."

Want to check as last time I tried was back in March 2020 when it closed because of Covid. Getting some mixed results online referring to landslides etc. Most sources are a few months old. Thanks!
As a hardcore AC/DC fan since I was 10, (Iβm 20 now), I still havenβt learned why.
I've had a Pixel 3a for about two years now. It has been incredibly buggy for the last 6 months. Its a fight to get it to charge every night (yes, I've cleaned it) and it occasionally falls into reboot loops for a day or two. Basically, its getting to the point of being unusable. For such an expensive phone, that isn't that old, these are some serious issues. My Samsungs (and even iPhones) lasted 5+ years. Really, I only upgraded because they would get a little slow. This is the first phone that has been this buggy. The worst part is that I WANT to like the Google phone but feel a little disgusted at the idea of giving them more money when the first product was so bad. It started going basically right after the warranty expired and the trade-in value is 30 CAD, so there's really no benefit/discount there.
Has anyone else gone from bad to good experiences with these phones? Has anyone had a similar experience to this? Clearly I need a new phone soon but I am having a VERY hard time justifying another Google phone after this, despite disliking iPhone and preferring the Google account sync over Samsung.
My crush is about to get with his crush and I'm just kinda having to pretend it doesn't make me feel horrible πππππ
Totally makes sense, right? XD
Yes I know my aim is terrible.

The paywalled part just goes on to talk about the route but the salient information is that for the foreseeable future there is no throughway on the Cliff Walk from Bray to Greystones. It is currently unknown if or when this can be rectified.
