As a very obviously gay person who holds more liberal values having been raised in NYS and is not religious but spiritual, will I be able to find my niche at Liberty? I worry based on the things Iβve found on the college website Niche.com that this school will be too toxic for me. On their page about Liberty I found things like people describing themselves as βchampions for Christβ and the campus life being very Christ-centered and conservative politically. I know people are people and itβs likely Iβll find people that accept me, and Niche.com is only a small glimpse into what the school is like, but what is the majority of the student body like? If most all my peers hang Trump flags and try to push religion on me, I think Iβm gonna consider another school.

So my understanding of this subject is that what separates the weaker brother from the Judaiser was that the weaker brother acknowledged the truth and still had personal reservations whereas the Judaiser tried to bind others' conscience. Often within Baptist circles they will use the weaker brother scenario to essentially forbid culture or alcohol (although I doubt they would make meat off limits if a vegan joins) Anyways is this about right or is there a better way to parse this?

Swadhinta - the state of being subordinate to only oneself. English equivalent LIBERTY, meaning the freedom to do as one wants, as long as it doesn't infringe on others' freedom.
If I am of sound mind and I'm happy to live with the consequences of my words and actions; then why must authorities (society, government etc.) tell me what I can or cannot do.
Who are they to tell me what I should sell and to whom?
Who are they to tell me what I should want?
Who are they to tell me what I should do?
Who are they to tell me what I should do with my life?
Who are they to tell me what career I should choose?
Who are they to tell me who I should or shouldn't marry?
Who are they to tell me whom I'm to hate or despise?
Who are they to tell me whom I'm to love or appreciate?
Who are they to tell me what I should or shouldn't buy?
Who are they to tell me who I should or shouldn't vote for?
How many of you believe that the social contract that we have needs some changes?
And how many are willing to help change it?
Edit: One's team has to have the political acumen of Gandhi with vision of Tilak, financial capital of Nehru, resolve of Bhagat Singh & strategy of Sardar Patel and ambition of Netaji to achieve such huge task.
