But here's the crazier thing with Jeff Hardy winning. Jeffs last win was against Cedric in a random retirement match a month ago and his win before that was back on Feb 1st when he tagged with Carlito. If you just count singles, his last singles win before Cedric was back in January vs Jaxson Ryker.
