So we're somehow deciding to look for a new home preferably around $200k to $350k range. Personally I'm looking for at least 4 spacious (somewhat large) bedrooms, 3 garage space and patio that is part of the house (not built separately). As I have been researching on Castle & Cooke homes, their houses are nice both the exterior and interior. I assume that all of them are gated communities. They are kind of expensive but you do get what you pay for, right? I'm just wondering if there are any Bako redditors that are living in those areas that could share their experiences with buying and the neighborhood.
Saw this in NE Ohio this week, label looked like Prisoner wine but didn’t have time to check it out. Anyone else see this around and/or know what it is? I checked their website, found the bottle but not the label.
Rivals III really interests me because of how dominant Bananas/Sarah were and the fact that were so many new players introduced. I was wondering if these teams were on Rivals III who do you think wins?

" I contacted this rental company interested in a property they had that fit within my income limits with a roommate. I am a single mother of two children trying to be keep a roof over our heads and currently with the market and rent cost going up everywhere in Spokane I am down to the point of needing a roommate. Little back story. Both of us have fulltime jobs that pay ABOVE minimum wage and verifiable income and good credit scores above their requirements. I was told by both office people, Frank and Ally, that there was a first month, deposit, and last month of $1600 each totaling to $4,800 just for the move in cost. Understandable, however, not listed on the website as a requirement. What really truly has me frustrated is what the income requirements are to rent from them. Because I would have a roommate or even a boyfriend, they don't count the other persons income unless you are married. So in turn, I MYSELF would need to make $4800 gross income on my own per month. That is $58,000 a year ON MY OWN. First off, this is DISCRIMINATING!!! Secondly, if I made that kind of money I wouldn't need a roommate. Thirdly, as a single mother/person this doesn't help anyone survive. This is pushing people into poverty. This is sad. I would not recommend renting from this company until they change their ways!!!"
For single people, this is pretty crazy. Just read this review online after looking for a place myself. If R H Cooke & Associates requires single people to be making 58,000 individually, that's a problem. Looks like you have to be married, or doing very well financially if you want to rent from this company.

For those who took these two profs how were they? I heard a lot of bad things about Cooke on ratemyprofessor so i wanna hear some inputs. And Akbari was new last quarter so i was wondering if he’s good. I just wanna know what i should be looking to for these classes. Thanks in advance!
I recently got to work with a set of Cooke Mini S4s (on a Komodo) and have recently been interested in looking into possibly purchasing them down the line. I was wondering if any of you guys had any opinions on them and whether you think they are worth it for their price. I absolutely love the way they render out skin tones, and they held up very well even in relatively dark environments, though I wish they were a bit faster.
I’ve also been eying the Zeiss CP3s (primarily due to their cheaper price) but I’ve found them to sometimes be a bit too clinical/lacking a ton of character in comparison.
In general, I like moderately sharp lenses with a decent amount of contrast but nothing too over the top (I’m working with a Komodo). Would love to hear any insight on these lenses or any other suggestions for spherical lenses within the $5000-$8000 price point.
Has anyone tried them?? My local liquor store had a few on hand today at $189 n $199 if I remember correctly. Seem to be going for a lot more online…
