A list of puns related to "Cam Newton (safety)"
Cameron "Cam" Lemark Newton was signed as a camp body safety by the Panthers in 2007.
Cameron "Cam" Jerrell Newton was of course, the #1 overall pick in 2011 and the 2015 NFL MVP.
> "I'm the original Cam Newton β or at least I like to think so," the lesser-known Newton said.
> "Every time I have to show my ID, people always take a second look," said Newton, who is only about three inches shorter than the Panthers quarterback and believes the two have a similar facial structure.
The lesser known Newton never made the team, but says he gets a lot of Facebook requests from people thinking he's current Cam!

I didn't watch a lot of NFL during Cam Newton's hay day. But what I can't wrap my head around is how bad his accuracy is at this point in time, which might also have to do with his timing.
To be clear, there's a lot I like. He has great energy, he's an effective rusher in a way that is completely different to most rushing quarterbacks, and he seems to have a pretty decent football IQ.
Yet the mistakes he makes are tedious. I wouldn't even want this guy as my third string QB the way he's played in these past years. I would honestly start Colt McCoy over Cam. But then again, if Cam had Colt's passing ability, he could still be a top 15 QB I think.
So my question is, was this always the case?
Because I would presume that he's gained a lot of issues with his throwing motion/technique due to injury. As if he's he can't make throws the way he plays them out in his mind. Although that doesn't explain the timing, but I would assume that was never top notch?
