Is my girlfriend committing extortion and can cops charge her if I ask them about it.
My girlfriend and I had a rough break up recently. She bought me a necklace and some nice clothes. She bought a cat that I ended up paying and taking most of the care of that I ended up getting out of the breakup, we both agreed to this. Now she wants me to pay for the clothes and necklace and wants the cat. She threatened to disclose private information to my parents if I didn’t. I don’t think she will go through with it, she has had many run ins with hospitals and police and knows she can’t afford to get in trouble. I don’t want to get her in trouble, but due to her past I am worried she may steal (if it is stealing) the cat and I’m worried she might try and do damage to my property. She has bad mental health issues and I don’t want to know how she would respond to legal trouble. Thoughts?

How to get the upper hand when sparring a taekwondo black belt
Hey again !The previous times I asked for advice in this subreddit I got great advice that always worked, so I will ask again !
When I spar with a guy at my local kickboxing club, he keeps getting the upper hand, although his boxing is weaker than mine, he is smaller than me and he isn't in amazing physical shape - definitely heavier than me, but it is mostly body fat. And he is way older. The thing is: he is a taekwondo black belt and he has killer kicks. How can I defend against a monstrous axe kick 'a la Andy Hug or crazy fast, crazy hard spinning back heel kicks ? I just tend to eat them and continue jabbing and kicking him, but after 4 or 5 kicks I think to myself "oh shit, I am in trouble", so I stop attacking and start stuffing his attacks and I am basically on the retreat ?Should I try to be out of his range ? Should I clinch more ?Thanks!
