Why does „bathing“ (aka Neutron-Bombing) a planet also destroy all Robotic/Machine Population
The Planet-Killer weapon „Neutron Sweep“ has this description-text in the game:
„An accelerated plume of Neutron radiation ‚paints‘ the planet surface, severely degrading most materials and directly destroying biological tissue“
Also, after bathing a planet, the notification text goes:
„(Planet) was purged of all higher forms of life by the Neutron Sweep on our Colossus“
What bugs me is that after a neutron sweep even all the machine and robot pops are purged. I wouldn‘t classify them as biological or a higher life form. They are machines, and like the buildings on the planet, they should be able to withstand a neutron sweep.
I mean, it is even possible to colonize a neutron sweeped planet right after killing all the machine pops with new machine pops. They have 100% habitability on planets with the „neutron bombardment“ trait that a planet receives after bathing, and radiation seems to be no problem for machine pops in other parts of the game as well.
I think it would be really cool if the game made a difference between organic life and machines. There are other options to choose from, and having the Neutron sweep ineffectice against machine empires would still be okay in my opinion.

Hi there! Received a one piece bathing suit the other day, and sadly the straps are waaay too long. I have a sewing machine, as well as needles and thread, but I have no idea how I could possibly shorten the straps. Does any one have any suggestions? The right strap is the front of the bathing suit.
