Many years ago I worked in back-office support in a large office with lots of departments. Generally speaking, we had core hours, especially for lunch. Core lunch hours were between 12-2, meaning you had to take your lunch sometime between 12-2.
Different departments had different rules for lunch depending on their needs. For example, the call centre had a strict rota for when people could take their lunch since they needed constant phone cover. However, I was in back-office support. Things were a lot more relaxed because we rarely took phone calls. Most of our work came in the form of tickets and tasks logged through our system, and emails from other departments with general queries. The only requirement was that at least one manager and 2 members of staff had to be there at all times in case a colleague from another department needed to see us, or in an emergency, call us.
So, generally, we could take our lunch anytime we wanted as long as it was between 12-2. There was no policy telling us when to take our lunch aside from the one I already mentioned. I would always take my lunch at 12:28. The reason was I actually wanted to take it at 12:30, but one of our call centres was the floor above us and they stampeded down the stairs at 12:30. I had been in an accident some years ago that gave me issues with my back and hips, so I could be a little unsteady on the stairs so I left at 12:28 so I could avoid the call centre stampede. I suppose I could have gone at 12, but the staff canteen was never set up and never had food ready at 12, hence why I left at 12:28.
Now, I always restarted work at exactly 1:28, sometimes a few minutes earlier. An hour was far too long for me so I was often back at my desk nursing a coffee while scrolling through my phone (which we were allowed to do as long as we were on break) by around 1pm as well. However, if a colleague came to me and asked for help, I always helped and just added the time I was helping them to my lunch. So if I spent 10 minutes helping a colleague, I'd come back at 1:38. All this would be logged in our timesheet. I wasn't doing anything outside of policy - we were allowed to do this.
Anyway, one of my colleagues had obviously noticed. Let's call her Mindy. Mindy considered herself the queen bee of the office. Everything had to be done her way, she was perfect, and she always tattled on people for petty stuff. Like that one of our coll

My full details are in my post history but essentially my partner has never told me the truth and I found out about 7 (that I know of) different girls across 3 years, which has infuriatingly delayed our reconciliation and my healing.
My first D Day was Jan 2019. My second was Feb 2019. My third was August 2020. My fourth was March 2021. My fifth was August 2021.
The cheating all happened in the same year (2018, the first year we were together) but the reveals have been dragged out due to his lies and heβs never come out and told me the truth himself. Anytime I have found out more itβs because I ended up reading his phone due to my intuition taking over. I havenβt read his phone since August.
My doctor and other redditors have reiterated the importance of me having full disclosure in order to fully heal and move on. I still donβt know or trust that that is something that I have. Iβd say Iβm about 80% sure I know everything. That percentage has improved over the 3 years but there is still that niggle that I canβt shake.
Any advice on how I can approach this conversation with him? Did any of you struggle with full admittance too?
Iβm looking for practical advice too - how did you do it? In letter form? Did the BS ask questions? Did anyone do it without a facilitator/therapist?
For context Iβm heading into counselling at the end of this month. He wonβt. Infuriating I know. However there are some couple sessions available that he seems to be open to. Iβve put this conversation off whilst it was Christmas/New Year but canβt get what my doctor said to me out of my head and I know I need a full line drawn.

The masters is a MMB/MBA dual degree program (masters in microbial biotech slash MBA with a pharma concentration).
Iβm right next to RTP in Raleigh as well, so Iβm thinking after my masterβs Iβd hopefully be able to find a job in the area shortly after.
Want to create a toxic fanbase that hates all its players that arent brand new shiny toys? Do shit like this.
Jalen Green was playing the exact same ball with KPJ in the lineup as he was out. Go to nba.com and you can watch every Field goal make and attempt, and every assist and turnover from the last two games, and I guarantee you you can find numerous identical looking plays from Jalen earlier this season with KPJ in the game.
The only thing that changed, was Jalen played better. His shots went in. And thats fantastic, thats amazing, thats the development we want to see, but to say KPJ being out let Jalen revolutionize his game and free up Jalen to become a whole new player is just not true, and it shows on the tape.
People are saying that KPJ out freed up the ball, but will ignore that Jalens usage has been DOWN the last two games playing alongside EG.
Wednesday he had a usage of 20%
Saturday his usage was 16%
His season long usage is 23%
Donβt scapegoat one of our young talented players just because Jalen didnβt immediately live up to your expectations. Some of yall acting like elementary kids, lose interest in the old toy as soon as a new shiny one is in town.

Russell Westbrook was a monster in 2015-2016. He was 1st team all NBA with Steph Curry, while KD was 2nd.
He had a beautiful and consistent game that generally saw him attack constantly. His clear weapon was his pull-up from mid-range across the free throw axis. It was money.
He shot that at 49% on 291 shots. Take a look at the heat map above. It's a thing of beauty around that free throw line. It also lets him choose his spots to practice and be elite at. It also gives him reps that can only help his free throw attempts.
You can see in his MVP season he had crazy shot volume. His pull-ups though start to spread to the wings, especially right wing. They are still efficient but come on.
2017-2018 shot chart
Same thing in 2017-2018 but with more volume!? What the heck happened when he brought on Melo and PG. So many pull-up jumpers and spread across the whole board.
This is the demise of Westbrook pull-ups. Completely inefficient shot because it is so spread out. I'm not sure what happened with intense focus around the free throw area back in 2015-2016. That was elite level of play. We also see his free throws start to derail.
I believe this is when Westbrook really focus on bank shots. This really should have never happened. There is no need to shoot that bank shot on that area. He was so elite at the free throw area jump shots back in 2015-2016. He still was not able to recover his FT%.
Again Westbrook really spreads himself too thin by pulling-up from everywhere on the mid-range. His free throws were terrible this year too. I just wish he would go back to 2015-2016 pull-up shot selection around free throw line. No more bank shots.
Same thing again. Westbrook is not focusing his efforts at all on the free throw area to do his pull-up. He's spreading himself too thin. He is above average in certain areas, but his free throws are still terrible

Doing the intermediate one against Shy Guy and no idea what I'm doing wrong. The first made it seem focused on lob and drop shots, definitely not what works here. Worse when you have to block a special and he can easily return it after :/
Are you all in or do you question if this is a marriage that you want to stay in, even if you are no longer involved with your AP? Looking for honest answers with no judgement. Just trying to find out if reconciliation is possible if the WS also questions if they want to stay in the marriage.
