##The Official Military Ranks
The Armed Forces currently only compromises a ground army, which is constructed independently from any organization and is based on standard military principles, the ranks are structured as to provide a clear hierarchy that keeps the order and discipline in the armed forces, making it likely that our army can succeed in a battle. The new enlisted rank system is as follows:

##The Initial Training Regimen
As soldiers come to our army, they need to be trained under a balanced regimen that fosters discipline, fanaticism for the ideology of our group, along with key doctrines and tactics that compose a modern army, especially one whose tactics and principles are based on an insurgency. Conventional modern warfare will not work against our enemy due to equipment and larger numbers, which is why we will be teaching our soldiers in a different manner than most. The training that is encompassed during basic includes:

Weapon maintenance, assembly and discipline: Recruits are taught how to disassemble their weapons and assemble them back together repeatedly, including how to oil their weapons, clean them and properly. They are taught trigger discipline and how to effectively use their shots, reload with maximum efficiency and care and avoid jamming their weaponry. They will also learn general information about their standard issue weapons, including the rounds utilized, their technical information as well, which will be requested by the instruction officers.

Language studies: Soldiers will be taught the basics in Tuareg, Bambara and French. If the soldiers are, for instance, Tuareg, they will be taught Arabic; the languages will only require the basics for communication as to make it passable for everyone.
