The user Alexander “dumbo” manly is a circus ring leader, born into the art, and given his stand by blood. His family has long been known as some of the most famous circus ring leaders in the world, due to their extreme ability to “tame animals” (something they use their abilities to make people believe). Most members of the family could summon far more dangerous and far more interesting animals then alex, causing most of his family to mock him with the nickname “dumbo”. This changed when one of his brothers were killed by [chase it away], causing major scaring to alex and his family to begin to hate him further, but also respect his talents. He ended up becoming an extremely successful man, mainly due to his stands unique abilities, such as shapeshifting.

Abilities: Chase it away has two abilities, one of which being 「seeing things you know that aint」. This ability makes the stand immune to all forms of alteration, including erasear by the hand and universe altering by the world over heaven. It's second unnamed ability allows it to fire off elephant heads for recon and as an attack, making the stand far more dangerous

Aleksandr Fyodorovich woke up in a cold sweat.
His eyes were wide open and his heart was hammering wildly in his chest.
As it had done a thousand times before.
Aleksandr was alone in his dark bedroom. His torment had returned once more, as it always did, and always would. Tears were forming in his eyes as he sobbed quietly in his loneliness. He would never escape his fate. His horror would never end.

He dared not move his gaze from the ceiling in fear of the horrors he might see in the black corners of the room. He clutched his blanket close to his body, but it seemed completely useless in making him stop shivering. As his tears were making the pillowcase wet Aleksandr closed his eyes and wished with all his heart this perpetual nightmare could end, that he could fall back asleep and wake up someplace else, someplace warm, anywhere but here. Outside, the dark winter night lay heavy on the land.

Aleksandr Fyodorovich didn’t know how long he lay in his bed like this. It could have been fifteen minutes, it could have been an hour, it could have been more. But after his heart had stopped racing he could no longer bear the cold that was seeping through his blanket and night garments.

Aleksandr pulled off his blanket and sat up on the edge of the bed. The chilling winter air that filled the room made his teeth chatter. Despite this, he still needed some time before he could summon up the will to rise. His legs were beginning to feel the ache that inevitably comes with age, even though Alexander Fyodorovich was only in his mid-fifties. Walking over to the other side of his bedroom he retrieved and put on his thick, fur housecoat.

The halls of the house were empty and would have been silent as the grave if not for Aleksandr Fyodorovich restlessly wandering in his gloom. The only light illuminating his steps being the starlight coming in through the windows.

In past nights like this, Aleksandr had thought much about what he possibly could have done to deserve this cruel fate. He had searched through his long life and lengthy career, his many accomplishments and his more than a few crimes.

There are many such examples where I was surprised that the movies I loved as a child were mere rip-offs of underrated or old-school Hollywood movies. Examples include French kiss and Vettam, The Proposal and My Boss, Four Brothers and Big B. I have heard that many of the Priyadarshan Mohanlal classics are ripoffs although I haven't seen them, that is the Hollywood versions of those movies. Might even say Priyadarshan did a good job selecting the movies to be ripped off from. I wanted to know if there were more of such eacha copies that are relatively unknown and what is your general opinion about these uncredited remakes?

Alex Murdaugh, his best friend attorney Cory Fleming, and Palmetto State Bank of Hampton, SC allegedly worked in a scheme to steal millions from Gloria Satterfield’s grieving family, Alex Murdaugh and his alleged co-conspirators apparently concocted and pursued another plan with his alleged conspirators to steal millions of dollars from a quadriplegic deaf man’s family in 2011.
2. Pamela Pinckney is one of Bamberg’s new clients who Alex Murdaugh allegedly stole from. Murdaugh is accused of stealing $375,000 from the Pinckney family between 2011 and 2017.
3. In 2009, Pamela Pinckney and her son were in a horrific car accident that left them both with catastrophic injuries. Her son, Hakeem Pinckney, a deaf man who was a recognized athlete at the South Carolina School for the Deaf and Blind, suffered atrocious injuries in that crash that left him a quadriplegic fighting for his life on a ventilator. He ultimately died after his ventilator was mysteriously unplugged in October 2011.
4. In 2011, Alex Murdaugh was representing multiple passengers in the accident including Hakeem Pickney, who was still alive at the time he hired Alex Murdaugh. Working as Hakeem’s attorney, Murdaugh sent Pamela Pickney to attorney Cory Fleming of Moss, Kuhn and Fleming (now known as Moss and Kuhn Law) and convinced her that attorney Cory Fleming would be the best person to represent her as they collectively sued a tire company.
5. Then, Alex Murdaugh allegedly convinced Pamela Pinckney that she needed a banker to handle the financials of the lawsuit, which is when they appointed Russell Laffitte, CEO of Palmetto State Bank, as the conservator over both Pamela and Hakeem Pinckney’s cases.
6. In the Pinckney case, one of the checks that was allegedly stolen was written directly to Palmetto State Bank. That check was for over $300,000. “The check went straight to the bank.” “The check should have never been made payable to Palmetto State Bank — the bank is in the middle of it,”
