Another massive game today, you would take 1-0 again today and for every game between now and the end of the season. Hearts are stinking, winning 1 league game since they beat Hivs in September and are rock bottom in the table. Their new gaffer has had a tough time of it but of course, when we come to town, they will probably be as good as Feyenoord today. Anything less than a win here would be unacceptable and cast major doubt over our ability to win this league.
A few injury doubts for this one and Gerrard has some big decisions to make. Flanagan or Patterson? Flanagan looked pretty poor v St. Mirren from what I saw. I could be inclined to go with Patterson here. Defoe will start in place of Morelos, who will be missed greatly, and I think there is nothing in the McGregor injury rumours so I expect him to start.

Ah, the Scottish Premiership. The so-called "Poor Man's EPL." The league has been dominated by Celtic after number of teams were either bad or went into administration. But something happened this year. There is a new leader in the SPL, it's name is Heart of Midlothian F.C. or Hearts in general.
To be fair, they aren't a Legacy of Failure, having won the league five times. The last being 1960. Hearts are based in the capital of Edinburgh, they play at Tynecastle Park.
Hearts went into insolvency in 2013. But unlike Rangers who had to drop down to the fourth tier of Scottish football, they were only deducted fifteen points, and thus were relegated from the Premiership. They only returned to the Scottish Prem one season later.
Three years later, they find themselves on top of the Scottish Premiership, with six wins, one draw and no losses. They're five points ahead of their rivals Hibernian, six points ahead of Celtic, and eight points ahead of Rangers. Who knows, until they lose a game, but I will not be saying what Tree thought of Pekka Rinne. Who knows that will Celtic pull cheat codes and plough their way to the top?
Time will tell when a do a revisiting on this topic by February or March of this year.
