Census data was taken in northern Indiana, as well as New York if that matters. There is also a single other document, not fully verified, stating they were from Slovakia.
Any info is much appreciated.

Oddly (/snark) they stopped tracking the expected loss of employment income 2 weeks ago
Under the place of birth column for my x2 great grandmother "nP" is written on top of her stated place of birth "Puerto Rico". A couple others in the census sheet have this but majority say Puerto Rico with nothing on top written.
The reason I'm curious is because this individual is my great great grandmother and I have found a birth document for her granddaughter that says she was born in France, but other birth documents for her other grandchildren state she was born in Puerto Rico. Birth certificates for puerto rico at the time (1800s to 1930s) state the parents and grandparents for both maternal and paternal sides for the child that was born.
I am trying to find out why that one grandchild's birth certificate stated she was a natural of France, while the others say Puerto Rico. It could just be a mistake, but I went back to see if the census records said puerto rico or france for her place of birth to see if it matches puerto rico like most of the grandchildrens' birth certificates or france like the one grandchild's birth certificate.
So this 1910 census states puerto rico, but with an NP. And so I am trying to see if the census worker later marked that as a way to denote that this person perhaps wasn't from Puerto Rico? Bc if that's what NP stands for (person not from Puerto Rico/stated place) it may indicate that she is infact from France and not puerto rico like she told the census worker in 1910.
