So basically, three months ago I was prescribed .6ml of depo(5mg/ml) injected every two weeks, along with 100mg of progesterone, and I also discontinued taking Spiro.
Long story short, after a week of this I noticed androgenic side effects that were discouraging. So I did my research and decided to up my dose to 1ml every 5 days instead. Since then I've been having really great results imo. No need for an anti-androgen whatsoever. I looked up symptoms of excessive estrogen in the body and I definitely don't have any negative side effects, only positive.
The part that I'm worried about is telling my doctor what I did. She was extremely resistant to give me these, and only prescribed them because I threatened to go diy if she didn't.

Long story short: June 2020 I get a bloodwork done of few hormones (Total T, Free T, E2, LH, FSH) because Iβm having almost every symptom of low T. Total T comes at 1.61 ng/mL. Then I go to my doctor, who makes me do another bloodwork. Total T comes at 3.12 ng/mL. βEverything is in rangeβ he claims.
I donβt do anything for 6 months.
Two weeks ago I contacted with an Endocrinologist and show all the previous results. He makes me do a bloodwork (I will publish all the results of this one, which is the most recent, below). He says that I have an anomaly on the Adrenal Hormones which could be caused because of an anomaly on the Adrenal Glands, something called βCongenital Adrenal Hyperplasiaβ.
I will do a Hormone Stimulation Test with the hormones that are not being produced normally. According to this endocrinologist, I could treat the cause to recover a normal hormonal production instead of treating the symptom of having Testosterone deficiency.
This treatment consists in taking Corticosteroid at low doses to reduce the amount of Adrenal Androgens resulting on a rise of testosterone levels.
Is this possible? Should I ask for TRT anyway?

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
