Overall Thoughts:
One of the classic live performances, the entire band are on fire that night, and the crowd are loving every minute of it. Phil's banter with the crowd is great, such as his story for The Lady Lies and Say It's Alright Joe. His introduction to the only once performed medley to the crowd is also great, telling Chicago "It's For You", with the crowd going wild as Phil starts singing 'Can you tell me where my country lies?'

When they hadn't been preoccupied, Pia had set about preparing Mya to meet Melara and further cement herself into the little circle of nobility that Pia resided in. She had made Mya take a bath, then preened and perfected her to a standard acceptable of nobility. Pia might not have been rich, but she had never lacked for clothes and she had furnished the "Pyne" in several of her outfits without needing modification. She had given Mya a quick lesson on all things Cracklaw and House Pyne, and was sure it would be enough to confuse almost all non-Cracklaw Pointers.
When they finally returned to the camp, Pia let Mya into her own tent to store her items - then promptly led her to meet Melara Frey. She had given Mya a dark purple dress to wear, going well with the womans dark hair and almost matching the colours of House Pyne. The effervescent Brune pulled Mya along by the hand and swung the flap into Melara's tent, announcing herself just before blundering in.
"Hi Melly! It's me, and I've brought a friend!"

I always liked the beginning of ATTWT because it paints a picture of what was going on at the time for Genesis. If you're listening to the albums chronologically (which I often do), you'll know that Steve just left. So fittingly, the very first notes of Down and Out are Tony's sad synth alone. "Who will play guitar now?" "Will they even have a guitar anymore?" "Is this the end of Genesis?"
And then Mike's lead guitar comes in, and it turns into a major key. "It's okay everyone, here's Mike. He's in charge now. We're not done yet."
And then the drums come in to lead us into the actual song, as if Phil is saying "yes, yes, come along now. We've a song to play, you know!"
(The actual lyrics of the song also help the notion that there's no time to dwell on the past, e.g. "None of us are getting any younger")
I apologize if something similar was posted before, but I had no luck finding anything (in my phone).
Saturday we went to a restaurant and there was a little black kitten out front, obviously I had to go say hi. She immediately jumped into my lap and my heart melted. My boyfriend (whoโs โallergicโ to cats) came over and was like omg we need to take her home, sheโs my cat now. Anyway, the restaurant manager said theyโve been occupied with the kitty all day and worried about it and didnโt know what to do and she was about to call animal control. I guess some restaurant guests were annoyed that a little kitten bothered them while eating...no comment on that one. Anyway, long story short, a cardboard box, an uber ride home later we have a black kitten in our house.
Anywho, sheโs the sweetest girl (yes, sheโs a girl!!) ever. Wonโt stop purring and has a super healthy appetite. Well...thing is, I already have two cats. Theyโre both 3 year old males. I put her in the office because I didnโt know at that time if she had anything contagious for my other two boys. Brought her to the vet yesterday and checked everything out and she got the all clear. 5 pounds, 5-6 months old baby girl.
Both my boys are fixed, so Iโm not worried about that. Moon (my grey tiger) is super docile and sweet. So Iโm not worried about him. But Mr. Binx is very territorial. He was separated from Moon for about 2 months once and went all crazy when they were brought back together. Took him a week and we were back to normal.
Anyway, sheโs in the office, Mr Binx is outside of the door hissing. They havenโt made eye contact yet (like I said, wanted the all clear first). I donโt want to put too much stress on anyone, but Midnight (Yup, thatโs her name for now) is ready to prison break lol
I wondered if you guys had any tips on how to introduce them properly?
Also - my boyfriend thinks weโll find her a good home...uhmmm, she already has one, thank you very much ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ we have three cats now.
Surprisingly enough, ATTWT was the album that launched me into the Genesis discography not too long ago. It's my third favorite album from the band (my favorite from the three-man era), although sometimes I feel it's my favorite of them all when listening to it. A lot of the tracks are great, and The Lady Lies is one of my Top 5 Genesis songs. The drumming on it is just amazing, and it has some of the best chord changes and keyboard solos that Tony Banks has ever done. It's just that good, in my opinion anyway.
Highlights:
Everything except Snowbound. I've got nothing against that song or any other Mike Rutherford tunes (including Your Own Special Way, yes I actually like it), it's just a tad weaker than the rest of the tracks on the album. Also I haven't really listened to the two B-sides that much, but The Day The Light Went Out is just amazing.
Of course, that's just my personal opinion on the album. What do you guys think of And Then There Were Three?
This past week, when I've gone to feed my girls, there's another cat (male?) hanging around the periphery. I can't say no to a kitty ๐ป, so I've started leaving a bit for him, too. I suspect he was already eating the other kitties' leftovers. I used to see a bit of food left in the dish from the day before, but lately the dish has been licked clean every day.
I still haven't come up with a solution to my cat situation, unfortunately, but I'm leaning more and more toward taking the cats with me. If only I can catch them. Why won't anyone help me trap the kitties? ๐ญ

Sigurd, Leif, and Micaiah are the final three main series lords to be revealed in Heroes. I've been thinking a lot lately about which of the three will end up being the last to join the Heroes cast, as well as the potential banners they will be a part of.
Personally, this is what I'm hoping for:

Sigurd's banner: Due to the recent leak pretty much being 100% confirmed, there will definitely be a Genealogy banner next month. Unless IS is playing us with another Reinhardt/Olwen or Eldigan/Lachesis scenario, Sigurd and his friends will likely be joining us in a few weeks time. I'm personally hoping he comes with his wife Deirdre to match Seliph and Julia's dual release, as well as Cuan and Ethlin. I'm also either hoping for either Sylvia, Levin, or Briggid. Sylvia because we are in dire need of another dancer, Levin because he's cool despite being a terrible father, and Briggid because she's one of the coolest archers in the game and I really want to see Yewfelle in Heroes. I also wouldn't mind Midayle, Ayra, or Jamke, but: 1) I highly doubt IS will release another horse archer so soon 2) Ayra will be competing with a bunch of other swords including Sigurd 3) I'd rather have a legendary bow than a generic one, and Jamke deserves more than to be relegated to generic archer fodder.

Micaiah's banner: My most anticipated banner to date. Its not enough that she's been seemingly excluded from Warriors altogether, but she's had terrible out-of-canon cameos. Heroes just HAS to redeem her. I'm personally hoping she comes out with her original Dawn Brigade (Sothe, Nolan, Leonardo, and Edward) but I wouldn't mind just Sothe and some random units as well. I can definitely see IS releasing Jill in her banner due to her popularity and significance in the DB chapters, and Rafiel would be nice too (because, again, we need more dancers, and a heron laguz would be interesting). I'd also love to see Volug, Tauroneo, or even Oliver (he just better not be the same color as Miccy!).

Leif's banner: Leif's banner will be a very interesting one, mainly because he's both the least popular lord and Thracia is the least popular game in the series. Still, I feel like they wouldn't do him dirty like they did Seliph. His game has huge potential for a remake, and unlike Seliph, he wasn't released during a time when Shadows of Valentia was being marketed. I'm not sure when exactly Leif and his friends will join us though... They can easily hold him off until they have pl
