A list of puns related to "Yorkshire Water"
Seriously. I once saw her make 'tea' by filling a massive saucepan with teabags and water, boiling it for about 15 minutes, then dumping in about 17 pounds of sugar, then putting it in the fridge until it's stone cold.
Good Afternoon All,
Hoping someone can help shed some light on something. We bought a building and some land which we have now found to have a Yorkshire water Pumping Station on that goes into the river. We only found out about it from a Maintence engineer who was sent out to do some work on it and couldnt gain access due to a new fence and gate built.
I mentioned to him that it wasn't mentioned in any of our deeds when we bought the premises that yorkshire water have a right to have a pumping station there? He replied saying we should contact and send them a monthly charge for rent?
Before I call them I want to check if anyone has had a similar experience or knows anything about this or how I can check further if they do have the right to have it on our land?
