A list of puns related to "Torrent File"
Hello everyone, I've finished processing 69TB of data collected by Archive Team from YouTube on November/December 2021. The data encompasses metadata for 4.56B YouTube videos. The result is 4 torrent sets (totaling 2.3TB), the same data is also being uploaded to archive.org. If you need the data or wish to help seeding the magnet torrent links and technical details are bellow. Thanks to everyone already seeding the files. Some fields like category, tags, codecs and subtitles are missing as this data was not crawled by the original Archive Team crawl. Hopefully it would be captured in future crawls.
I wish you all a happy new year!

... keep reading on reddit β‘Seriously, it's very cash-money of you to make sure subtitles are included in the MKV or as standalone srts.. sometimes y'all even handmake those subtitle files.. . I'm sure it makes a lot of peoples lives much better. <3
I've noticed that most of the movie torrents that I've tried to download lately just download as an .exe file instead and i can't open them using vlc player.
I download the torrents having hundreds of seeders and it's by a trusted user on piratebay( also tried downloading movies from the top 100 list) but it just downloads it in tixati as an .exe file of about 1.3gb whereas the original file showing on piratebay is much bigger.
Please help!
I'm trying to download torrent files from University Ethernet, but as I said it's denying to download anything, can anyone please tell me a way to bypass it and download stuffs without any interruption? Thanks!
I am using qbittorrent, I even tried using bittorrent client to seed the file, however it won't seed to any other computer. I tried using a VPN to make sure it wasn't being blocked by my ISP. Not sure what the problem is. The only thing that I can think of that could fix it might be port forwarding, however in the settings in qbittorrent, I have checked the option for UPnP/NAT-PMP port forwarding on router. Other torrents seed fine, but not very often do they seed. But the one I made doesn't seed at all. I am using windows 10, but I have a virtual machine running ubuntu and I have tried running it on there.
How would I know if my files are transferred correctly with no errors or missing files?
Also I read somewhere here that rclone is a good tool for doing these sort of stuffs. What exactly should I do with rclone for my games?
Hello my buddies, first time I write something on reddit.
I was wondering if there's any way to search and fine specific files inside a big torrent file. The Trove on torrent is fantastic, but i often spend a lot of time just to look for a single file: that's not bad, i know we gotta suffer.
Is there a plugin or something? I use qBittorrent, does anybody know about a method to do a keyword search?
Plus second speedy question: what's up with all the "index.html" files inside folders in the .torrent? Some folders result empty, except for those files. I'd really appreciate some help, maybe i'm just a bit dumb hehe.
Thanks!
so i have a vip membership in private torrent site so i have no cap on downloading, if i decided to seed the files i downloaded, i will move the files to seed box but how to seed these files? plus how they will know it's me who is seeding? what i used to do in the past i would create torrent file and put my private tracker link on the torrent
Hello,
I canβt find the option on qbit that downloads a 991 gigabyte file to my external Harddrive and not my Laptopβs hard disk.
I was looking for Foundry VTT specifically. But "software" folder does not exist, even though there are files that are in software folder and i can see them in files index??? Also does anyone have been able to use the software and could vouch if it works?
iβm sure itβs finished cause it says seeding but idk why im getting a .part file now
When attempting to dl file on a variety of PB mirror sites it starts downloading but then changes to a 1.39GB exe file.. Tried different torrents and still changes to this mysterious and highly questionable 1.39GB exe. file. Does anyone know what this is about or how to avoid this? Also noticed a lot of mirrors appear to be down rn. Thanks very much for any info!
I know this has been asked to death cuz I just read a dozen threads on this, but Iβm still confused.
If someone wanted toβ¦
2 Save torrent files to /torrent folder on hard drive.
Set completed files to save to /downloads.
Move just the completed .mp4 (not needing the other random files included in the completed download folder⦠screenshots, text files, etc..) to a hard drive just for movies, linked to a Plex server.
Rename it with correct naming protocol for Plex β Title (year).mp4, placed in Movies/Title (year) folder.
Continue to seed the original torrent in qBittorrent.
How do you do this? Selecting βSet locationβ then pressing force recheck sets the file to βpauseβ, and when pressing resume, the file begins re-downloading entirely.
The results are the same whether setting location to /torrents, or manually setting it after completion to /Movies/Title.
Is the only option to keep two copies of each file? -First in the original download folder, completely as is, stored away for seeding -And second, renamed and organized as desired on the Plex hard drive?
What am I missing? Iβm unable to visualize how others have their data storage set up. What should your folder organization look like? Must you keep a copy of the completed .mp4 file and full contents of the torrent download in order to continue seeding it?
Thanks.
So what I'd like to know if it's possible to have qBittorrent (or another similar client) to automatically pick up the torrent files added to a specific folder.
Now I don't want to have to include the torrent in the client myself either by double-clicking or by opening qBitt and add it manually.
Why do I need this?
Because I'd like to be able to use a different laptop/pc in the same network and if I browse the trackers on it, I'd like to download the torrent file to a shared folder and make qBitt (which is installed on a different pc) start downloading the files without other intervention.
Right now I am using TeamViewer for this, but I was wondering if there's a better way to do it.
Hey all, not sure how possible what I'm looking to do is. On GGn I downloaded a couple very large collections just to seed them back. I've been told it is smart to also seed the individual files in the collection. But in order to do so obviously you need the .torrent file for each. Since the collection downloads on one .torrent file rather than individual files, I'm really hoping there is a way to mass download the .torrent files in the collection.
Any chance that is a thing or there is a way to do that? I suspect no, that I'll have to go one by one to grab the file for each, but thought I'd ask before going that route. Would make life much easier to grab them all at once.
I want to keep a backup of a torrent file that I've started or fully downloaded. I noticed the 'copy .torrent files to' options, but I can't get them to work. Yes I did select 2 download locations. And just to be clear, this is the torrent file itself and not the contents, right ?
I'm using v4.4.0 on Windows 10
Hi guys, I'm downloading a tv show on qBittorrent right now and it downloaded 40%. It doesn't have too many seeds or peers. But the thing is whenever I turn on my pc and qBittorrent loads, the torrent file starts downloading, and then it stops after a few minutes. Why is that?
Sometimes it just doesn't work. Even though there is only one file inside the torrent.
Does this look like sequential to you?
I'm using v4.1.7, is this function broken?
I used to be able to right click on a torrent in the list, and see a move torrent in the context menu. What's up with that? It's gone?
So, throughout the years a considerable amount of media has accumulated on my NAS, but due to mismanagement I've reset my torrent client multiple times dropping a bunch of torrents from my seeding queue.
I guess it would be nice to resume seeding them, but I don't want to go through the hassle of finding them one by one on torrent sited and adding them back.
It would be nice to have a program that crawled through directories and looked up all the files it finds on popular torrent sites (or maybe by using Jackett) based on filenames.
Is anyone aware of the existence of such a program?
Hi all, I'm hoping someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong. Here's the bullet point list recounting my steps leading to where I'm at:
Created a backup of the qbittorrent folders before formatting computer and installing more hard drives
after formatting, put the folders back in place and installed qbittorrent again
qbittorrent lists all my torrents but all of them are "Missing Files", even the ones I never moved
trying to continue seeding the torrents by going to Set Location and pointing to where the files are, both for the torrents I moved and the ones I haven't
Force Recheck them
none of them will continue to seed, some got stuck in the force recheck but most are now stalled downloading instead of stalled seeding or active seeding
one of them actually downloaded again and started seeding after that
tried Force Resume on another one and now it's stuck downloading at 0% even though the path is pointing to where the files are
How can I start seeding my files again?
For example, torrents from Movie trackers auto-DL into a movie folder, TV trackers DL to a TV folder, ETC....
Hi, I have some big files that I need to download from a google drive link and I was wondering would it be possible to download the files with .torrent
I tried with urlhash but it says "Domains with temporary links blocked"
Thank you all
Guys recently i have been having issues downloading torrents from only one particular site, downloads from elsewhere work fine, except this site i get the captioned error message.
I am using Synology NAS for my downloads, when i attempt to download the same file from a windows PC i have no issues, QBIT TORRENT downloads the file without any issues to my windows,
If i click on the magnet link the torrent file gets added to Transmission but there is no activtivty the status shows as downloading but nothing happens.
So something to do with how the .torrent file is formatted by this website? or looks like something to do with the OS? as Windows seems to download fine. i am not sure if i can share the file here but any guidlines on how i can resolve this.
Also any other website .torrent files/magnets work fine, also i have downloaded for years from this torrent site without any issues, this seems to be happening just last 2 weeks.
First of all, I went on fitgirl-repacks.site so I know it was the legit website, but Iβm not sure if I did something wrong or not. I was trying to download Dead Space, which the site says is a file size of 2.5 GB and ended up getting a torrent of only 25 KB. I deleted the file out of caution and gave up. Is this just really, really compressed or was I scammed?
Hello all, wondering if anyone could provide me with an answer to this. I've been actively downloading torrents from TPB for a few years now, while not an expert the process is simple enough and have thusfar had great success with a great many types of files.
Then all of a sudden a few days ago, whenever I decided to download anything (and I mean anything) from TPB, I click "Start torrent" and it just stays stuck on "Loading torrent file list" with the grey spinning circle. I made no changes or updates (to my knowledge) to any of my antivirus or firewall settings.
So I decided to go back to what I considered the old school method of using a torrent client, so a few days ago I downloaded utorrent, added the torrents I was looking to get via their TPB magnet link, and in there it stays stuck on "Downloading Metadata 0.0%." I have been trying a bunch of fixes found in various other places online, including whitelisting the site/client application in all my antivirus software (currently Malwarebytes and Mcafee), but this has changed nothing. Anyone have any suggestions about what to do here?
Thanks, and happy new year all.
