Epoxy vs. Sealant vs. Caulk. Which is the most durable for filling concrete cracks? I'm very confused because there are so many different options.

I have a lot of work to do with cracked concrete but I'm overwhelmed by the number of products on the market today. My area is hot and rains a lot so it needs to withstand that. I would love to hear your thoughts.

Things I want to repair:

  1. Cracks between the concrete sidewalk and my home where they meet. The crack is very thin so I need something that isn't too thick that I can use to fill in the cracks.
  2. Some concrete tile roofs need to be adhered together.
  3. The mortar on the hip and ridge of the roof have cracks and would like to fill those. Some areas have loose mortar.
  4. Cracks in concrete driveway
  5. Cracks in concrete block wall.

So far I found these options and I'm not sure which one is the best for my use cases and would like to know what you think.

  1. Quikrete you mix with water (basically just concrete)
    Pros: ?
Cons: Have to mix and takes time to cure?
  2. 2 part epoxy putty and pastes (i.e. PC masonry, PC super Epoxy)
Pros: Bonds to concrete well and claims to cure harder than concrete
Cons: Will it crack because it has no flexibility?
  3. Premixed Concrete patch caulking https://www.amazon.com/SIKA-FBA_472189-Ready-Mix-Concrete-Patch/dp/B00QBPZ7XS/
    Pros: ?
    Cons: ?
  4. Construction and Flashing Sealant (from what I read Sealant usually means silicone based)
Pros: Flexible so it will remain in place even if the concrete shifts a bit. When I contacted Henry's they told me to use this. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Henry-10-1-oz-Construction-and-Flashing-Sealant-HE900204/202091012
  5. Vinyl Concrete Patch (i.e. https://www.amazon.com/Damtite-04012-Bonds-Vinyl-Concrete/dp/B00B8PGQU4/)

LPT: If You Have Stripped or Seized Screw, Glue a Nut on The Screw Head with Epoxy

Many people will advise on using a drill to get the screw out, but this method is much cleaner and easier. Just put a small amount of a strong metal epoxy like JB weld, wait enough time to fully cure then you can open it with a big wrench with ease.

What’s the best non-toxic, food grade epoxy in bulk (ie: gallon or more)?

I currently use Demorex and have used ArtResin.

I’ve also tried Dr Crafty, but the curing process is always a hit or miss. Sometimes, the pieces come out very bendy if I pour in too humid or cold of weather β€” open to any tips too.

I love the size of the ArtResin, but prefer the affordability of the Dr. Crafty and Demorex.

What do y’all recommend? Any help is welcomed. Non-toxic and food grade are a must for me since I make rolling trays.
