A list of puns related to "Tablet Magazine"
That was a really dumb moment but I guess Microsoft payed a lot to have their products featured.
hi,
i am working a lot on my laptop. in this case, it is easy to read on the left side = calibe epub reader.
and make notes on the right side = evernote.
how do you do that best with a tablet only option? i do have a samsung tab s7+ with a pen. however, i am so so so much slower when working with the tablet only. you can use the split screen, however, using the pen to copy and paste as well as using the digital keyboard etc. makes everything so much inefficient in my case.
i am asking because i have to read a lot every day. i have to copy the most important parts of books and magazines and make my own notes to it, too.
any ideas or best practices?
Hi! I'm Yair Rosenberg, a senior writer at Tablet Magazine where I cover politics, religion, and culture. I also write a regular free newsletter that you can subscribe to here, and my work has appeared in theΒ New York Times,Β Washington Post,Β Wall Street Journal,Β The Atlantic, andΒ The Guardian. (Though if we're being honest, I waste most of my best material on Twitter.)
These days, I'm focused on the 2020 election, but I've covered everything from Israeli politics, toΒ observant Jews in baseball, toΒ Muslims and Jews in comic books, to the translation of Harry Potter into Yiddish.
Oh, and in my spare time, I create bots that trollΒ anti-Semites on Twitter and compose, sing, and record original Jewish music.
Post your questions and I'll be back here this afternoon to answer them.
EDIT 7pm EST: OK, that's a wrap! I should have known better than to give so many Jews an opportunity to ask questions. Apologies if I couldn't get to yours, but hopefully I'll end up addressing it in my work going forward, which you're welcome to follow by subscribing to my newsletter. Thank you all.
Hey guys, I just signed into my NY public library portal. Included in many library memberships are tools to download magazines. The one I used specifically is called Flipster and I was able to download latest magazine PDF's for Wired, PopSci, PCWorld, and others. Looks great on the RM!
I'm not necessarily a Bari Weiss fan, but when she's addressing the hard Left/Social Justice Movement/postmodern Left, I usually find myself nodding in agreement.
I also find it more than a bit concerning that the same people (i.e. the hard Left/SJM/pomo Left) who've told me supporting Clinton over Sanders was "white supremacy" (not an exaggeration) do not accept any definition of anti-Semitism other than "literally Hitler."
Anyway, here's her latest on Tablet.
