Itโs really worthless question but maybe give Italy some more of Dalmatia like Split?(I know it wasnโt in the treaty of London but Fiume wasnโt either AFAIK and Italy has it in the current version)
Italy and the allies opened for further negations of the โAdriatic questionโ after the war and I donโt find it that unbelievable that they might deviate slightly from the exact wording
And just to make it clear I am not advocating for a return to the 0.1 Italy map because that was ridiculously unrealistic and might even been too much for Italian irredentists who IIRC at this period wanted the areas formerly controlled by the republic of Venice i.e not the whole Adriatic coastline (no shits given that they were basically only populated by Croats or Serbs ofc) but only to give Italy slightly more of Dalmatia like Split for example
