A list of puns related to "Soap Related"
I'd post this on the All My Children sub except that sub literally has only 12 members. Which is kind of fitting for what I'm about to say.
So they're planning on having a prime-time spinoff/reboot of AMC entitled "Pine Valley". Personally I don't see that show lasting very long. A lot of the long-time AMC cast members have either kicked the bucket, or have moved on to other shows (i.e. Michael E. Knight, Cameron Mathison). But they're planning on introducing a lot of new, younger characters. Unless you're like me (I grew up watching AMC with my parents), I'm not sure many folks in the 30 and younger age group would be interested in watching.
But another thing. They said that the plot of this new show would involve a "decades-long feud" between the Kane and Santos families. But I thought the Santos family originally was from Texas and didn't come to Pine Valley until Edmund married Maria in 1993 (I was very little so I don't really know what happened). And aside from kidnapping and then returning Edmund and Maria's baby, I'm not sure how much bad blood there was between Erica and the Santos family.
So this new show sounds like a major retcon.
Look, you can sell stuff that squatch doesnβt, or their products AS LONG AS THEY ARE UNUSED (used soap is gross!).
You absolutely cannot sell other soap brands. They will be removed and possibly get you banned for it.
When I was in grade 3, I got gluesticks banned because I convinced 30 people to eat theirs. :)
I'm planning to make one and wanted to see what your inspiration would be. I think mine will have orchid, rose, pink pepper, bergamot and maybe a spice.
So hydrolysis reaction reaction involves water which helps in breaking down of substances. Common examples can be digestion of food.
But can we say that using soap with water involves hydrolysis reaction as soap breaks down. Or is it considered as a physical change.
According to internet, hydrolysis and dehydration reactions are opposite to each other. And dehydration reaction can be helpful in making soaps.
So am I correct? If not can someone help me make these terms more clearer. With some video or article.
edit: A friend of mine helped me with this query. He stated this.
You have to consider that any ingredient you use with soups gets hydrolized; that means their nutrients get dissociated and spread. That is specially good for people that canβt use much of the system to digest food. You gotta remember that most of the stuff inside food is minerals, and when minerals get in touch to water, they dissociate.
He asked to cross check with someone cause he wasn't completely sure.
Thank You
Good evening everyone. Newbie here. Ive always used shave gel with cartridge razors and shave brush. Even with shave gel a shave brush always helped my sensitive skin. But after reading on this subreddit and others, I'm now looking into maybe getting away from gel but into shave soaps and bowls. I just have a couple questions please. Is it best to get shave soap and bowl seperately or something like Proraso that has the soap already in a bowl? How long does a tub or bar of shave soap last versus a can of shave gel say like Gillette? And not to be to tmi, but you gentlemen who shave your chest or back or whatever, do you still use the same shave soap or something cheaper like a gel or cream? Thanks
I noticed that Dr. Bronner's calls itself castile soap, but it is not 100% olive oil. Is there any reason for this?
