A list of puns related to "Second System Effect"
Little background I got both shots from my local county health department. I belive I gotten covid one month before the news exploded on news and panic and shut downs. I had sinus infection and full blow pneumonia to me 4 whole months to feel back to normal. I had to live on a nebulizer for 3 months. I have asthma so nearly killed me. At the time they told me they had know idea what I had gotten but it wasn't bacteria infection. Now back to the Moderna vaccine. The first dose gave me flue like symptoms. The second dose nurse told me since I had symptoms first dose my second should be easy and no side effects. I can not tell you how untrue that is. I felt off with in 15 minutes. I went to sleep that night at 8 pm woke up at 2 Am. Mind was racing very stimulated I felt very dizzy and also puked twice. My bones and joints felt like someone was drilling into my marrow. I also felt like I was in 15 degree water into 112 degree heat over and over. My skim was dripping in sweet and light sensitivity was off charts. My headache was unbearable. I also felt like walking was so hard I needed a break. Also muscles where tight and made walking bit harder then normal. Why on Earth did I have such torturous side-effects? I also had no rash and not allergic to and medication.
My last question is any truth behind bad side effects and meaning you had covid before?
The title says it all. I'm just curious why this premise is sound. Wouldn't it be that incomplete systems can't prove their own consistency since doing so would rely on recursion? Couldn't an argument be both consistent and recursive but not complete and recursive, meaning the Second Theorem would, in fact, be that complete systems cannot prove their own consistency? Any explanations would be appreciated!
So I've often heard that the second law only applies to isolated systems, but some people have also told me that this is a misconception and that it also applies to open systems as well. Does it apply to open systems?

Deadline: 15 February 2021.
Context:
Computer Type: Desktop
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1800x Eight Core Processor
Motherboard: (not sure)
BIOS Version: Dell 1.3.4
RAM: (16gb, not sure of other details)
PSU: 450 watt (I think)
Operating System & Version: Windows 10 Home Build 19041
GPU Drivers: I attempted to update to Adrenalin 2020 Edition, 21.3.1 from a previous version. I don't remember my previous version but it was a "Recommended" release and not a beta.
Description of Original Problem: I attempted to update my Radeon graphics driver to the latest version (21.3.1), when the install reached the "Installing AMD Display Drivers" point, my computer suddenly rebooted. I then attempted to update the driver a second time, and again it rebooted in the middle of the install. After the second reboot, a message popped up from "AMD Bug Report Tool" that said "We detected a blue screen on your system, would you like to report the issue?" and my "Radeon control panel" icon (The program that lets you tune your graphics cards fan speeds) disappeared from the task bar.
Troubleshooting: I used system restore to restore the computer before I attempted the updates. The icon for the Radeon control panel is back, but now when I try to open it, nothing happens.
I hope I filled out the form correctly. My computer is a pre-made Dell computer, and I'm a novice when it comes to computers, so I did my best to find all of the relevant information about my computer that I could.
I would like to be able to open my Radeon control panel again, as the GPU fans are always set too low on my PC by default and I need to manually tweak them. And I want to update to the latest driver version, but I'm afraid of it rebooting in the middle of the install again, I'm very afraid this may break something. I've updated this driver many times and I have never had it reboot in the middle of an install before.
If I need to provide any additional information, please let me know. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
Edit: Apologies for the super late reply coming months later, but I was able to fix this issue completely. Thank you for all the replies! I was able to fix it by using Radeon's tool to completely uninstall all of the graphics drivers, followed by doing a full install. This also fixed a number of other issues that I was having as well. (I guess my old drivers got corrupted somehow, and simply updating them was not fixing the issue.) I hope this helps anyone else who may be having th

Again, not fair 'cause people need sleep and Ranking rewards is too big to be miss, so you are going to feel awful for missing it though clearly it's not your fault. I finished at 9 am PST and I'm at rank 1089th. This event is supposed to last for 14 days. What a cruel joke.
But again, the climb is absolutely amazing. Round 99 and 100 is so intense with no fire resist accessory, yet.
I highly recommend having all 3 magic heal cards (Minnie, Tinker Bell, Merlin), Potions and jafar are also good as substitutes, sustain is key if you have few water cards. Donald and Goofy was surprisingly helpful with their Magic Resist and Guard respectively. I used the Pause trick from round 96. I was level 59.

>Famitsu: Many fans were probably surprised at the announcement of the title late last year and demo in late March. Firstly, itβs surprising that the game is titled Bravely Default II rather than Bravely Third. How did development begin?
>Tomoya Asano, producer: βBefore I talk about the name, I would like to apologize regarding Bravely Second. Despite lots of expectations for Bravely Second, I feel that there were parts that did not meet the expectations of fans. Our reflection on the shortcomings has become a strong rooted aspect of all the games our team is working on.β
>Famitsu: And one of them was Octopath Traveler, I see.
>Asano: βRight. Keeping the reflections in mind, we proceeded with development on Octopath Traveler. To be quite honest, I felt it would be difficult to continue the Bravely series in the future. Despite that, the smartphone game team said, βWe want to make a new game in the series.ββ
>Famitsu: You mean Bravely Default: Fairyβs Effect?
>Asano: βRight. This is something Iβm very thankful for, but the extremely strong start Fairyβs Effect had became a strong tailwind in our favor. I felt that if it was now, Iβd be able to plan a new Bravely series entry, and thatβs how the project started.
>Famitsu: And so, until the name Bravely Default II was decided upon, what sorts of trial-and-error process did you go through?
>Masashi Takahashi, producer: βThis time, we returned to our roots, and decided to create a brand-new world and new characters, so that even those new to the series will be able to enjoy it 100%. The new characters have their own stories, and in order to make sure that there was no chance that they would misunderstand, and think that this wasnβt a completely new game, we thought about what to make the titleβ¦β
