A list of puns related to "Scrotoplasty"
So peeing through my penis and standing to pee are very important to me, but the potential complications and the high rate are making me very hesitant.
I was hoping to go for a simple release + scrotoplasty + mons/labia reduction. And decide at a later time whether I wanna do UL. But my understanding is that it's not possible to do UL after the fact? Can anyone confirm this and does anyone know the reason why?
Sorry for the long post! So I guess Iβm just trying to get a timeline together? As in the title, Iβm just shy of 3 weeks post op and I was just curious as to when I can expect to feel better. Iβm still really swollen and sore. Donβt get me wrong, I know recovery is a slow process and all but I see other guys who look so much better than me at this point. I still kind of penguin walk a tiny bit and sitting regularly is still a process. I just feel like since I didnβt do UL that it would be a little faster of a recovery then if I did.
Iβm still even scared to touch any of it because of a new sensitivity to it all. My wife has been doing all my post op care for me as far as bandage changes. Maybe Iβm just being a baby (and please tell me if thatβs the case lol) maybe itβs what I need to hear! I guess this recovery has just been difficult for me physically and emotionally. I had some minor complications such as urine retention, an allergic reaction to the dermabond on the incision for the monsplasty which caused me to break out in indescribable itchiness and for some reason I have had a dull headache for the last week (all very small in the grand scheme of things). Emotionally I have ups and downs. One day Iβm great and upbeat and the next Iβm down in the dumps over this recovery. I just keep telling myself that time can only move forward but then I feel that time is standing still. Tell me your thoughts or timeline? I do have a follow up next week which Iβm looking forward to also but figured it couldnβt hurt to ask all of you for input.
Hey there guys whoβve had scrotoplasty...about when did you regain sensation in your scrotum? Coming up on three months post-op here and nothing really going on there. Just curious what is typical as my surgeon didnβt really give me an idea of that timeline. Thanks!
I'm getting stage one in a few weeks, but still trying to decide the details of scrotoplasty. I think these are the two basic types we have to chose from. I want the most cis-passing as possible. Can I get any input about pros and cons of either? Is it true that with bifid, they're unattached to each other? I havent been able to find many pictures or clear explanations online. And yes, I've talked to my surgeon. I want others opinions.
Hello amazing peeps. I need some input!
I want metoidioplasty. Ideally, I would also like scrotoplasty with testicular implants. However, I do not want to get rid of my front hole! My question is, is all of this possible? Like... is there room of all of these parts down there? I feel silly asking it, but at the same time, I can't seem to find any photos or written experiences of someone who's had a full meta without a v-ectomy (I don't really care about UI, so complications from keeping the v aren't a concern for me. But also, how in the heck will there be room for my urethral opening?).
I've read things that suggest it can be done, a scrotoplasty without v-ectomy, but I've also read about how a scrotum is literally made from the labia majora, so I'm not sure how my front hole wouldn't be blocked from that.
Does anyone have any info on this? Anything is helpful :)
I feel like we rarely hear about the balls. And I have such dysphoria about this.
What was the surgery experience like (pain? recovery?) Did you get tissue expanders? Are there different types of surgeries? I see most results as the balls being seperate, is there any way to have them together?
And what's it like to have balls? :)
Hi everyone, seems I have a lot of surgery questions, even if I'm years away from bottom surgery, and I haven't seen any posts that really answer these particular questions for me, so I thought I'd make this one.
So, I've been thinking a lot about Meta. And what I really want from it, is just to be able to stand to pee.
Everyone seems to go for Scrotoplasty, meaning I haven't seen a lot of posts where people talk about the other side of the coin - not getting one.
So, I'd personally want - UL, vaginectomy, clitoral release - and that's about it, I think? A mons resection is interesting, but I'd have to see how much I would really need that in the future.
So, here's a few questions:
Hey guys, Iβm scheduled for top and meta surgery November 3 with Toby Meltzer in Phoenix. I want to be able to have penetrative sex, so donβt want V-ectomy. Itβs my dream to STP without a device, but at this time, I really feel top surgery, with a meta release will suffice until I can find the means for multiple UL surgeries. Iβm considering if I want to go with scrotalplasty now or not, my surgeon said creating a sack will help tighten up the area. He also suggested a moms reduction, which I am also still considering. My question(s) :
Thank you in advance for your time and answers!
Do any surgeons who are experienced with RFF phallo ever use expanders to create a larger scrotum?
Has anyone not had a scrotoplasty (with or without implants)? Like I'm not entirely sure I want balls, but I haven't ever seen any results pictures without them. I want meta with UL and want to keep my vagina (complications be damned), but I've never been dysphoric about not having a scrotum and honestly I feel like they might just get in the way (I don't like my labia so I'd rather the outer labia get gone entirely)
Obviously gonna talk this through with the surgeon when I eventually get to that stage but I'm curious.
I'd like to keep what I have and just add penis and testicles above it. I saw somebody who did this on a blog and the pictures they showed were pretty cool except for I didn't like how the top of the labia majora were fuse together in a sort of arched shape that covered half of the vulva. I'm wondering if there's a way to pretty much keep the almond shape of the vulva and still make the scrotum. My labia are very large so I think there's enough to work with, but I'm wondering if there are doctors who are capable of or open to doing this? Do you know anybody who's done this or any doctors who would understand?
I'm trying to get my meta surgery within the next year. My dick has gotten quite a bit of growth, so I'm very excited to see how he looks afterwards. However, I also really want to have balls, and I'm worried my body isn't equipped for that option.
Not using proper terminology here, not to avoid triggers, but just because I honestly don't really know the proper terms for this kind of anatomy. So I hope I don't get confusing.
My junk has always been very petite and hidden away, and while T has helped my frontal area look a little more droopy/ masculine, I still wouldn't really call it enlarged. It mostly looks bigger if it's engorged (which, honestly, is most of the time cuz I'm horny as hell xD). I can't imagine I'm anywhere near qualifying for scrotoplasty, and that really sucks.
So what can I do to help grow that bit out and hope to achieve the results I want from surgery? I know there's pumps that work that entire area, but how well do they work? I've only ever used a penis pump. What other stretching techniques are out there?
Would love some feedback from anyone with advice or even insight into what would or would not qualify for surgery.
Bonus question:
I also want the urethral lengthening, but I heard that uses part of the labia tissue. Again, sorry I don't know the anatomy terms, yes sex ed has failed me. But which labia do they use? The inner pink one? How much do they need? I really don't have that either, so I'm worried I might not have enough tissue. How does this stuff work???
Help, please and thank you.
Is it possible to get meta with scrotoplasty without v-ectomy? Worlds away from even considering getting surgery but genuinely curious
After about a year on testosterone, Iβm coming to place of realization that I think I deeply want to get bottom surgery but Iβm super nervous about the possibility. I did some research and have a better idea about what would feel good but I still have some questions. Iβd love to hear from people who have had any or all of these procedures or from those who have done more research than me!
Thanks for your support and for sharing!
Well, the empty coin purse is going away. I had a simple orchie about 16 months ago and I had hoped that my scrotum would have shrank more than it did. I went back to my original surgeon on Monday and he took a peek and agreed that it needed to go. They wanted to do it on the 24th of this month, but I was like, WHOA... slow down! lol. We discussed SRS and he asked one-more-time if I was ever going to consider having it and told him that I am positive that I'm not. Not that big of a step for me, but a definite milestone moment. Next on the list is lap band and then on to the expensive items!
Iβm looking for a surgeon for meta who is within a 6-ish hour drive of Connecticut and who takes my insurance and Dr. OβBrien Coon at Hopkins fits the bill.
Has anyone been to him for metoidioplasty and/or scrotoplasty? Iβm specifically including scrotoplasty because I care about how my balls come out almost more than my dick (almost). Is he good? I canβt find results from him or almost anyone else on transbucket.
Iβm also looking into Dr. Jess Ting in NY, but Iβm not sure yet if he participates with my insurance. Is he any good? I heard he was trained by one of the best metoidioplasty surgeons in the world.
If u go through meta or phalloplasty and you get scrotoplasty. Will you be able to grow hair there if before you were able to grow hair there?
What's the sensation (erotic or otherwise) in a meta-based scrotoplasty? Any experiences anyone can share?
Since I don't see a lot of guys talking about bottom surgery here, I thought I would post about my experience seeing Toby Meltzer for a consultation about metoidioplasty and scrotoplasty this past Monday. (I also posted this to a mailing list I'm on, so sorry if anyone sees it twice!)
I really liked Meltzer; he didn't seem to have the usual arrogant-doctor attitude. Plus he was wearing a pink shirt under his suit, which is always a plus for guys :-D
I liked that he didn't start by launching into a standard spiel about the surgery, and seemed to assume I'd already done my research. Instead, he saw that I had a notebook, and just asked what questions I had. I started by asking him about keloids or hypertrophic scars, since I have a tendency to form those. He said that he'd never seen those happen as a result of genital surgery, and for some reason, that area of the body just doesn't tend to form hypertrophic scars. So that was reassuring.
I explained the setup I wanted (simple meta with scrotoplasty and implants, but no v-ectomy and no UL) and it sounded like this was something he was used to hearing. It sounds like he's done a ton of these surgeries and he said that with simple meta, he'd never had serious complications and never had anyone lose sensation. I asked about having UL in the future in case I changed my mind, and he said that while he thought it worked slightly better to do the UL and meta at the same time (fewer complications), he had also had good results doing it later. So that was good too. He said he only does UL with a complete v-ectomy (something I more or less knew already but I wanted to confirm) because if he didn't do the v-ectomy, the vaginal opening would be left very narrow and "wouldn't be too useful to anyone". That was a bit disappointing to me, but I wasn't planning on getting UL now anyway...
He said that almost everything could be done as one surgery (the meta itself, mons resection, and scrotoplasty) but I would have to come back in 4-5 months for a second surgery to put the permanent implants in; that's how long he said it usually takes to let the scrotal expanders do their work. He also said expanders were optional but he tried to encourage people to have them. For the meta, I had the option of staying one night in the hospital, or going to a hotel if I had somebody with me, but it sounded a bit safer to me to stay in the hospital.
I asked about the urinary issues I've had since starting HRT (basically like a feeling
... keep reading on reddit β‘I'm wondering - is it possible to get a scrotoplasty with no vaginectomy? I would think that it would be kind of, er, crowded, to have a vagina right behind your balls, which may not work out that well for sex.
Also, for meta, I know they need to graft from someplace to do the urethral lengthening, and they usually graft cells from the cheek. If I understand correctly, it's because those cells are coming from a moist area which is why they choose those. If I still have a lot of my hymen intact, would they be able to use the hymen instead?
Thank you in advance for the answers. :)
Hey guys, I have a few questions for those who have had or might soon have a scrotoplasty done:
Did you have to stretch the existing tissue at all? Did you try pumping it? Anything else to make sure you would have enough for a reasonable size sack?
All of my bits used to be really tiny, and my labia have grown some, but really don't look like enough to be turned into a sack that could actually contain implants. I've been consistently pumping my dick which seems to be working pretty well, so I've been wondering about trying to do the rest too.
i'm pretty "eh" about using that hole - i don't mind either way really, and it's handy to have an easy-access area instead of going through everything to get clean and ready for anal (i have gastrointestinal issues so its a damn nightmare).
i was wondering if you could have a scrotoplasty with implants, and not have things closed up? would you need to have the pockets stay separate or could they be joined at a later date? i'm not looking for a urethral lengthening so that's not an issue.
i've looked in a lot of places online and i can barely find any information about it. also i'm in the uk if that makes a difference.
Things I'm not doing
Things I am doing
I had many problems with many things said this week and beyond, so I'll try to organize this as best I can. I'd like for any engagement with this post and the arguments within to be limited within the confines of the textbox. I have tried my best to only engage with arguments that I've seen personally, and I think I've done a decent job. Let's leave the strawmen, steelmen, and our trapped priors at the door.
I know if Destiny has this open on stream he's going to scroll down and up, sigh and say something like "oh god I don't want to read this" but buddy, I really hope you do. Of course, he might also just delete the thread and ban me from the subreddit like a beta male.
We're gonna be talking about a lot of tweets and I know that navigating the labyrinth of replies and quote-tweets is cancerous. Here's a helpful diagram that I made to put everything together, be sure to zoom in.
Sit down, buckle your seatbelts, and hold on tight because we're going on a ride.
Here I'll lay out my problems with everything surrounding the argument itself, without touching it directly. This includes everything from the OP that was quote tweeted to the noticeable lack of real engagement with any pushback. I'm also addressing some common strawmen that I know I'll get anyways but still.
Firstly let's talk about what he originally quote tweeted to start this whole mess and why I think the first error was made before anything was even said.

Ask me anything! Nothing is too personal
I donβt know a huge amount about the actual procedure on how the scrotum is created. I believe itβs created from the outer labia (correct me if Iβm wrong). If so, I have what i think of be larger sized labia, to the point where my dick is almost always covered unless extremely erect (I have probably around 2+ inches of growth). So with larger labia, does that mean I will have bigger balls in the end? Cause that would be dope lol
So I had ALT phallo scheduled but decided to cancel it due to fears and other reasons. After discussions with my doctor and long consideration I have decided to speak to a surgeon again but I am keen on meta as an option. The thing that has always put me off is that I feel that my junk is in the wrong place and I think if I got meta it would always feel a bit off for that reason. The size is not such a big deal to me and I think results normally look amazing. Does anyone have any information on where balls sit compared to your original plumbing and how/where things lie? I know they can do mons resection but I am a skinny guy and I'm not sure how much effect this would have in moving my junk. I really want a dick that comes out the front of my body, not genitals that sit underneath like at the moment, but phallo is just so scary to me. I will take the plunge if I need to and get it if I can't get what I want from meta, but I also think meta tend to look really good in terms of skin type and general appearance. Any info would be greatly received. Thanks.

True story; it even happened last night. My 5-year-old son walks up behind me and out of the blue says, "hey."
I turn to him and say, "yeah, kiddo? What's up?"
He responds, "it's dead grass."
I'm really confused and trying to figure out what's wrong and what he wants from me. "What? There's dead grass? What's wrong with that?"
.
.
.
He says, totally straight-faced, "hay is dead grass," and runs off.
The funeral director was asking us what we think Mum should wear in her casket.
Mum always loved to wear sarongs (fabric wraps that go around the torso and drape downward a bit like a long skirt would), so my uncle suggested that she wear a sarong in there.
The funeral director looked a bit confused, as did some of our family members, to which my uncle added:
"What's sarong with that?"
I started laughing like an idiot. He was proud of it too. The funeral director was rather shocked. We assured her, and our more proper relatives, that Mum would've absolutely loved the joke (which is very true).
His delivery was perfect. I'll never forget the risk he took. We sometimes recall the moment as a way help cushion the blows of the grieving process.
--Edit-- I appreciate the condolences. I'm doing well and the worst is behind me and my family. But thanks :)

No it doesn't.
Now itβs syncing.
Hey all. Iβm 7 months post op stage 1 meta and 3 months post op fistula repair. Iβve written pretty extensively on Reddit about my complications and recovery, so check out my post history for that :). If youβre over 18, I can share Dick pics in the DMs. Do not contact me if you are under 18, you are a minor. EDIT: Unfortunately I had too many minors contacting me and either lying about their age(and having a post history that stated otherwise) or asking to be the exception. For now I am no longer sharing since I must protect myself with this.
Anyway, today I thought Iβd write up about some of my experiences as a guy with a Dick and balls and things I didnβt expect.
Ball movement: Before this surgery, I never realized how often balls move around throughout the day. Sometimes when I shift positions, I feel my scrotum against my thigh or my pant leg etc. Itβs pretty euphoric for me whenever I remember I have a ballsack.
Ballsack sensation and texture: pre op, I had no idea what my balls would feel like. I had a VY scrotoplasty which involves more cutting/rotating than a Bifid scrotum. For several months after surgery, the back of my scrotum was pretty much numb. Now I feel my scrotum is back to normal tactile sensation. Pulling on my scrotum has erotic sensation. My scrotum is the texture of raw pizza dough.
Precum: pre op I produced a lot of lubricant. Post op, this redirected through my urethra, as it was produced by my skenes glands. At some point, I stopped experiencing this and attributed it to the fistula. After my fistula repair, there was still no precum, so I assumed it was done and I no longer produced it. Last week, I peed out several suture clumps and now Iβm experiencing more precum than ever. My surgeon said this is likely due to urethral healing maturing, and it should stay this way. I get precum upon arousal(if decently aroused) and then jizz after I orgasm. It is all the same fluid, and leaks out of my penis. It does not shoot out.
Exploring my sexual side, dysphoria free: never thought I could imagine a world where I had no dysphoria. Truly amazing :)
Standing to pee: everything is so much easier post monsplasty. I love standing to pee! I can do so in pretty much anything with a fly. Pants without a fly are more tricky so I lower my pants to my knees to avoid dripping. In basketball shorts, I snake my Dick thru the pant leg as thatβs the fastest. My favorite types of underwear are loose boxer briefs or horizontal fly boxer
