A list of puns related to "San Francisco Bay Area"
Adding on to the other thread about people complaining about living in the Bay Area, this blog post was making rounds in my Twitter circles about a week ago: The American Dream is on Life Support in the Bay Area.
I sympathize with the author on the grievances of living in downtown San Francisco, but to equate the experience of that area with the rest of the Bay Area is obscene. It also is clear heβs not aware there are places other than SoMa in the bayβ¦ but heβs not alone in this mindset. Many tech folks Iβve met are transients like OP and seem to care really only about maximizing their TC and moving to live passively, where everythingβs catered to them rather than being a part of their communityβs fabric.
It pains me to read posts like these as a Bay Area native. But you canβt convince a techbro that living in San Jose or Fremont is great when all they care about is gramming their runs on the Embarcadero to share on Strava and eating at La Taqueria like theyβre unique for doing so.
I'm going back a few years, but SF almost always came up on surveys as a great place to be. I'm from the UK and back in the day I visited my aunt in El Cerrito on the north bay, and although there was nothing special happening there, a ride on the BART took you to the magical city, and trams and trans alone was worth a visit. Nowadays I hear on mainstream media that it's a cluster fuck. Is this true or not?
As Democrat-malgoverned cities sink deeper into dystopia, I would not want to be an LCS within raiding distance of places like SF or Oakland.
Only cryptids I can think of are the Fresno Nightcrawler and maybe Bigfoot.
Hi everyone! I'm moving this summer to San Francisco for a day job from an international location, and I'm keen on exploring creative writing study/workshop options are universities in the area - including at Berkeley and Stanford. I've been writing some fiction and poetry set in my country that I'm keen to develop since I've never really had a mentor or been part of a writing program before. I've heard SF has a thriving creative writing community and I wondered if there are part-time study/workshop options at universities there? Like, would I be eligible for evening classes or something of the sort? And can I work towards getting a masters degree in writing/literary studies from the university? I don't have a proper masters degree and have always wanted to study at a good university. My job won't be too intense so I'm hoping to make time for study and writing. I've been to the US before but this would be the first time I'll be living there and I've heard the Bay Area has a thriving creative writing community. I'm kind of set on changing my field of work and focusing more on writing and working in a related field in the coming years, so I am strongly considering applying for an MFA and hopefully making my way towards teaching eventually (although I am aware of how few tenure track positions are available). Obviously what I'm most keen on in the short term is finding good mentorship to develop my fiction and see it published. Grateful for any suggestions or advice you may have, thanks!
Hi all. I'm a very fit butch who is looking for younger femmes to date. Most of the dating apps suck. I've been told I look at least 10 years younger. I'm a registered vet tech at an emergency animal hospital and love my job. I've been an out lesbian for 40 years. I am kind, generous, supportive and sexy so I've been told. Hmu if that sounds interesting to you and I'll send you my IG.
its also on facebook marketplace if you wanna go through there
The title says it all. I need something a go to person for things like tire changes, check ups, etc. The dealership I'm going to to get all of my work done is a little too pricey!
I am hoping to get chin lipo and possibly around my stomach. I would love any before/after pics too, if you have them! I have researched via Yelp but it feels strange selecting somebody that way without talking to somebody who has used that Dr.
Thank you!
Has anyone found a good doctor in the SF Bay area that has helped with PSSD? I've seen a number of different urologists but have never found someone willing to experiment or try to help figure out this difficult condition. I have Kaiser but am willing to pay for someone really good.
Hello friends,
I'm watching the Discovering Buddhism DVD (https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL70E7832E292DAAB4) and find it very exciting and helpful. I'm new to Buddhism and I'm looking for a good guru. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone! Looking for recommendations for an endo specialist in this area. Iβve had 2 laps already from my gyno and she thinks I really need to see a specialist for future surgeries since Iβm not experiencing endo pain in my bladder, urinary tract, around my kidneys, etc. She tried to put in a request for one in my insurance but weβre having trouble finding a specialist in endo surgery. At this point Iβm just looking for someone good and Iβll figure out if insurance can cover it or pay out of pocket.

Hi everyone, Iβm new to this and would really appreciate your help! Please give me some advices about your ways to get the BSN in San Francisco (I just moved here). There are a few questions Iβd like to ask:
. Are there any programs that provide a full 4-year degree without pre-req here? (If yes, then what about the tuition fee?)
. If I have to do pre-req courses before attending any nursing programs, then where can I do these courses and how long will it take to complete?
. What is the quickest way to get the BSN without too much school debt?
Sorry for taking your time and thank you so much in advance for the help! Have a nice day!!
