Other than being an ally, or potential savior to teams over their heads (deus ex machina prop), does Van Richten serve any purpose? My campaign’s group hasn’t really pursued the Rictavio storyline and I don’t know whether I should press the issue or not.

Woke up this morning and saw that my RVR stocks had gone south significantly. I am still very new to this so any assistance would be awesome. I'm a big noob in terms of daoc, but I have a 50 scout I leveled ages ago I'm finally returning to.
How do I go about finding the battles? Do I need to ask to join some zerg group? I feel I'm missing something big in this game and it makes me feel lost and aimless.
I truly need some help! My car battery is dead, I live on Briceland st in Kingston Ontario. I have already cleaned off the terminals of the battery, the grounding wire to the battery is not loose, I really think its an alternator issue (which it shouldn't be happening on a 2yr old car), but I can't drive my vehicle to the Mitsubishi dealership in Belleville as it's not safe.. I'm 6 months pregnant..I am still working, I work 10 hr days as a supervisor with Intelcom, I had to take cabs to and from work at 5am over this past Victoria Day long weekend..just super fed up with this car not working and taking cabs ...I really need the help on figuring out what to do with it to get it back up and running.. 😪 It takes 1 hr at Jim Thompson Crystler for them to run a diagnostic plus about $150 and I know someone who worked there and says that they up sell parts and everything to everyone, so it's not worth going there... I will pay to get it serviced by someone who knows what they're doing, I don't care to take it to a shop who is going to just take me for my money..if there is someone who is a decent human being, a mechanic and willing to come by and help out I will certainly pay for your troubles!!! My vehicle, with a boost from my brother on Hickson Ave, got me to Canadian Tire on Division st, to the beer store (to get my bro some beers) and then AS SOON as I got home on Briceland st, the car died out AGAIN..pleaaase someone help me out 😞🙌🏽

I would love some help making a choice for an AWD compact SUV. I have tried out four different cars in my price budget and I am having a hard time making a choice, I am not really a car person so I have no idea what to look out for.
I am doing a 4 year lease, so all these cars will fall under the warranty, so in terms of anything breaking and reliability, it isn't the biggest factor to take into account for my decision.
I am trying to keep my monthly payment down, so for some of these cars I might have a cash down, preferably I put $0 cash down but I don't want to end up with crazy payments so for some of them I am putting a cash down.
I will not be going crazy with these cars but I will drive during winter. I will also sometimes drive to trailheads and cabins in the woods and need something that will be okay for that, I assume all of them will be okay.
The four SUV's I'm looking at are (prices in CAD):
- Mitsubishi RVR AWC Base Model (Outlander Sport in US), currently priced at $312.70/month but with a $3000 cash down. I like the way the car feels when you drive it and the overall aesthetic of the car. I have no idea what the difference between AWC and AWD is but I assume it should do the same job for what I need. There is not much "gadgets" in the car though and the trunk space is very compact, it is also priced much higher than other models which means I feel like this model doesn't have the same quality/price value as the others.
- Mazda CX-30 Base Model (AWD), currently priced $2000 cash down at $348.55 per month. This car def felt the the fastest one and the most sports like one of the bunch. It has a really low roof like a sports car and small trunk space which I didn't like too much. If I wanted a sports car I would get one. However, I can't dismiss Mazda's reputation for quality and I know this car would probably be the best out of the bunch. The interior is nice as well and it is def the most beautiful car out of all four IMO.
- Hyundai KONA AWD Preferred, $0 cash down at $335.53 per month. The dealer gave me a sick deal which really gets me hesitating on this car, she gave me a Preferred option instead of base model for the price of the base model plus like $2500 discount. The car is perfect IMO except for the fact that it has a hard time accelerating compared to the others and the trunk space isn't amazing either. But the gadgets are really great and the interior quality is cool too because it is an upgraded version.
- Kia Selt
RVR announcement of mined gold & zinc amounts didn't go down well with the market today and it's sitting down around 10%. Nice opportunity to get in / average down if you believe in the company's long-term prospects.
Co. has great fundamentals and growth prospects, and price is pretty consolidated in the low-20s so I stuck another $10K in SW and T+2'd another $10k at 21c in CS to flip for beer money as I reckon todays sell-off's a bit of an over-reaction.
Anyways, maybe have a swiz and see what you reckon for yourself.

I did Mandy Mod's idea of having kinder Vistani and having "mortu" people—those kicked out of the Vistani—who usually are the spies. My party ADORES the Vistani and basically set up their camp as a home base after saving Arabelle. They have otherwise paid zero mind to Rictavio except for a small hello at the inn and don't know about the tiger or his visits to it.
I want to unsettle their safe haven with the Vistani since they've had a so far comparatively cushy trip through Barovia. So I want to use Tyger Tyger in the Vistani Camp while they're away next or when they come back. I've hinted that someone has been seen scoping out the camp, have already had Luvash drop a hint about Yan missing and party is headed straight for his tower right now. This all will hopefully bubble up in Strahd offering them the task of hunting RVR down at the dinner so they have a win/win of revenge and him dealing with RVR. Whew. Okay. With that out of the way...
I'm struggling to piece together Ez and RVR with these ideas in mind. I've always struggled to understand how the hell their story fits if Ez trained under him but he despises Vistani so much he wants to commit genocide? That alone confused me but now in my story Ez's family were mortu, so it's even more of a stretch to have him hate all Vistani when they are usually pretty kind.
How do I still make RVR a Vistani-hating douchebag? How can it make sense that Ez ever studied under him? Is she only NOW finding out about the prejudice after seeing Yan's decapitated head in RVR's tower?
I'd love some help untangling this mess I've gotten myself into.
PS. Does anyone have suggestions for an animal that's NOT a saber tooth? I find it so silly.
