I find it odd that Budew is available so early without access to luxury balls or the soothe bell. None the less, I decided I wanted Roselia before they hit lv 15 so I caught one, but figuring out how much I need to raise friendship or what's the most effective way to has been difficult. Friendship mechanics have been changed so many times, I can't make heads or tails on what information about it is the most up to date and how I'm supposed to be tracking the stat. Could anybody help me figure out the fastest way to evolve them pre soothe bell?
