A list of puns related to "Rochambeau"
The game was first recorded in Han Dynasty 200BC era
I just learned in school that Rochambeau was a French general who helped in the battle of Yorktown, so I thought Iβd share it with you guys.
Ok, so I watched Hamilton musical first. When Washington says, 'We rendezvous with Rochambeau, consolidate their gifts', it seemed as if he is asking Lafayette, 'man, you need to consolidate the gifts, stop rendezvousing'. But when I heard the song, it seems like more of a statement rather than a complain or suggestion or a question.
Tell me, am I insane or am I insane?

I got this direct from the builder, and I really love it. I've used it on several recordings, but it's been a while and I need to trade it out for some current needs. It's a ring mod (with a jack for an external carrier), it's a fuzz, it's a gross distortion, it's pretty glorious.
Monobius is spoken for, but I still have -
Danelectro Cool Cat Metal II:
Metal Zone-sounding distortion without the EQ controls - just a three-way mid scoop switch
ENO Myomorpha Distortion:
Micro-sized Turbo Rat clone, basically like the Black Rat
Baby Bang Fuzz Star:
Big Muff Clone
Looking for bass DI pedals (like the Deluxe Bass Big Muff, Batallion, etc.), guitar DI pedals (I have a Tech 21 Sansamp GT2, so other stuff, whether analog or digital, not interested in anything too metal-ly), overdrives with blend controls (EHX Operation Overlord, EHX Hot Wax, etc. - You can see I do like EHX stuff, but I'm open to other makers), or interesting synths (been eyeing an Arturia Microfreak). Will consider trades + cash.
Revisiting my childhood home and haven't been in the area in a long time. Not sure how outdoor dining is being handled in RI, but grab and go is fine.
EDIT: Thanks for the hospitality and all the recommendations! We ended up doing NJS since it seemed the most kid friendly but plan on trying the rest in the future.
I'm an EMT and I can see he has some distain for Providence Fire and their "wailing" sirens. Anyone know what got him so hot and bothered? The signs aren't making anything better, we all still honk at him regardless because of the middle finger?
In 1789 Washington and Rochambeau began marching their troops, over 7,000 combined, from Rhode Island to Virginia. I understand that Washington used spy tactics, ciphers, and invisible ink often and this was used to deceive the British of an attack in New York. But how did this massive troop movement that took months be in secrecy? At some point the British must have realized that these men had marched past New York and in their way to Virginia.
Back Story info: Rochambeau is the popular game from South Park of essentially one guy sack tapping the other guy. Now that that is out of the way let the Revenge story begin.
The year was 2004, I was in the Navy and aboard a ship stationed somewhere in the Pacific. When arriving to your first ship in the Navy you often get picked to do a job with cooks called "Cranking". Itβs no longer called that, I donβt think but that is neither here nor there. There are other people from their respective divisions who are also there βserving their timeβ cranking. We usually referred to ourselves as cranks.
While working with the cooks, there were plenty of different jobs. Robertβ¦, weβll call him Robert for this story, worked in the Pot Shack, this was the place where all the dishes were washed. Not the trays for the food, mostly the pots and pans used for all the cooking. I, at first, had the pleasure of working with Robert, little did I know I was working with a Mr. Know it all.
Robert always knew every answer to everything, if your dad had climbed Mt. Everest, well hell then his dad had climbed it with no legs, one arm, one eye and no Oxygen tank. That was the kind of guy Robert was and well after working in the Pot Shack with him for several weeks it started to ware on me. He would try to do little pranks here and there and of course I tried my hardest not to play into them as Iβve never been really found of pranking. Also Iβve always been the kind of person that takes it too far and frankly I just didnβt want to hear Robertβs mouth over this and that if I was too harsh with my prank.
Well one fateful day, I was flirting with one of the Cooks named Jessica, for the purpose of this story, and my back was turned to Robert. Out of nowhere I hear from behind me in the loudest booming voice possible, βHey dude! Iβll Rochambeau for the chance to take Jessica out for drinks tonight.β Before I can even turn around the massive meat paw that was Robertβs fist lifts me off the ground as he does the most monstrous sack tap from behind. I feel something almost burst and instantly fall down curled over in absolute pain. Robert, being Robert says, βOhhh that didnβt hurt I barely tapped em.β
I was pissing blood for several hours. I swore something ruptured and I even went to medical on our boat to see if he had ruptured something, alas they told me nothing was wrong.
Flash forward 2 days, which btw I was actually given a day of SIQ (Sick in Quarters) and allowed to sta
