A list of puns related to "Robin Howard"
Howard was super pissed at Robin. Haha Goddamn this made me love her. At least for awhile
You all use the phrase, "I could care less."
You are all complete morons.
Iβm pretty much over their ranting about Covid, vaccines and all things related. Iβd love for the show to be a place where Iβm entertained, as I had been for the last 25 years. Im just over it.
Is it just me?
Edit: I didnβt scroll far enough when I found this sub - Iβm relieved to know just about everyone feels the same way.
He's repeatedly talked at length about how ridiculously overweight Queen Latifa is for that role.
Almost like he was subconsciously thinking "you're a refridgerator-sized black woman who thinks she can act, too!"
Howard and Beth get dressed for dinner every night while Robin watches the news and doesn't remember any of it 10 hours later. The shows from 2019 are bad with all the celebrity kiss ass but nowhere near as bad as what we are hearing now. Depressing...
Listening to old Sterns, its apparent that Howard loved Artie. He would never rib him like the others and would always look out for him (taking him to dinner, buying him gifts). He would even stop if a bit was going too far to console him? I think him not talking about him much is because the wound is too real. Thoughts?
I am starting to think Ralph may have a wig too..
Was listening this morning to a replay and Howard and Robin were crucifying Ronnie (no pun intended) for acting like a """Christian""" . Howard was going on and on how Ronnie doesn't act like a ""jew"" whatever that means. Then Howard starts quizzing him on his Barmitzfah hebrew to which Ronnie cant remember.
Howard is a piece of shit hyprocrite, Long time listeners remember Howie when people would ask if he was Jewish and would quickly respond only half, and half Italian.
Reid is a piece of shit. She is a liar, homophobe and anti-Semite.
I guess Howard conveniently forgot his past rants about her
I realize most think Robin was never necessary... These same people who insanely question why she goads Howard into bagging more and more on Gary and Jackie in the classic era think that Artie was the true co-host of the show, constantly asking Howard, "Did you really just say that?"
But to me Robin was important because Howard was always TALKING TO ROBIN and we listened...
Now though Howard is an interviewer... He makes a grand living interviewing A-list celebs, most of whom he has far more money than...
With this new format, and with the news nixed since Covid, is Robin really even necessary for the show?
As pointless as Artie was during the A-list interviews Howard managed to land in the 00 era, Robin seems not only secondary to the show, but for the most part, THIRDARY as Howard is now into finding out what makes really famous people tick...
A pelican penβ¦
Howard has a "tell" that shows his annoyance. When Howard gets interrupted mid-sentence or mid-thought, he'll give a low, barely audible "hmm..." as the person is talking over him. It's like his way of saying "fuck it, let this stupid asshole finish their stupid thought so I can get mine out."
Listening back to old shows, I'm noticing he does it an awful lot when Robin interrupts. I never really picked up on it the first time I heard these shows 15-20 years ago, but hearing them again with the benefit of hindsight, I'm convinced he doesn't like Robin as much as he claims.
Your thoughts?
Does anyone else get a real kick at finding the origin of commonly used drops when listening to old episodes?
