A list of puns related to "Primeval"

Hey All,
Thinking about trying to run RHoD in my Primeval Thule campaign. The sticking point is, hobgoblins and dragons(at least, traditional 5e dragons) aren't really part of the world as it's presented. So, I was thinking about reskinning the hobgoblins as one of the barbarian tribes, replacing Tiamat with Herum (CE god of beasts, rage, etc), changing the Wyrmlords to Beastlords, and replacing most of the dragons with a menagerie of fantastic beasts.
What do you guys think? See any red flags or big stumbling blocks? Anyone got any ideas for appropriately epic beasties?
I always thought that Limehouse shouldβve been utilized a lot more so Iβm hoping he comes back. Quarles Iβd love to see again too even despite the fact that his arc was fairly complete, he was such a deliciously fun villain. Iβd love seeing him team up with the villain of this show
Hello again. I went down a rabbit hole seemingly with no end but have decided to resurface and share what Iβve found so far. The deeper I went the more threads I encountered, so while I donβt think Iβm done researching this topic, if I kept going it might have become too much to manage. Iβm not really sure where to begin with this one since its focus is so broad, therefore Iβll just start where I myself did: the mystery of the Pyrite Peninsula.
For those who donβt know, the Pyrite Peninsula is an area within Malchorβs Leap that is home to a glorious, yet peculiar radiant orb. It just so happens to be a hero point commune challenge, and if you interact with it, youβll learn more: it reads βThe Wealdwood on the Pyrite Peninsula holds an ancient Orrian mystery: an orb wielding great and unknown forces. It has gilded the forest around it and lends a burst of power to any who commune with it.β
The Pact agents at their nearby camp worry about the possibility of Zhaitan absorbing the orb's magic, but the Inquest in the area note that the corruption can't touch it and posit that it must have great power.
Unsurprisingly, they are trying to steal its magic. They set up a golem below the orb to try and harness the energy for its core, and if successful (dynamic events) the golem powers up. Unfortunately for the Inquest, it seems to have a mind of its own. The golem ignores its masters and instead decides to run amok, rampaging the area. Curiously, it has dialogue explaining its motivations. It simply says "Must - protect - Orr".
Creepy.
Unfortunately for us, there's not much else going on here. The orb has also gilded some elementals that patrol the shores, but besides that, nothing. No breadcrumbs to follow; no leads to chase. The only real clue is the orb itself.
A giant glowing ball encapsulated in an open form gold casing, the model is rare, but not unique. Usually I would walk you through the steps of finding the other orbs, but as I mentioned, this post will encompass a LOT of stuff, so I'm just going to list them out and briefly explain them.
The first I found was the teleportation stone in the ruins of a dwarven settlement below the Griffonrook Run. I was quite shocked to find it here, but it started to make more sense as a researched further. For now, just know that it is one of the smaller orbs of its kind and it is used to teleport players from the base of the ravine to a small dwelling near the top. The area is guarded by griffons (like a lot of g

The minimal lore of him being calypsos' right-hand man really intrigued me. Usually, we see calypso run his tournament solo, or at least he has an entourage of hoes and guards, but there being a little crime boss style hierarchy sounds pretty cool to me. They could serve as mini, mid-level, and endgame bosses and it all starts with Primeval.

This month, Square is giving all players a free Eschan Primeval Brew to make up for a coding whoopsie that effected some players. Those who currently have one, will have to use it or lose the free Brew opportunity, as the freebie goes away after the next update.
Since using a Brew negates credit on an NM for an Aeonic clear, I wondered what folks might actually be interested in using an Eschan Brew on today. Let's see what folks can scheme up as a good way to take advantage of this opportunity.
I posted this as a comment in /r/Destiny2 and it seemed to be popular so I'll post it here.

Currently the "gambit" is "if I invade I bet I can knock out some enemy motes or heal their primeval at the cost of affecting my team by my absence"
However, burning down the primeval or collecting 30ish motes each with three people is not that challenging.
To make it more of a gambit - and prevent matches from being snowballed so easily, you should be betting your own motes or primeval health that you can out-play the enemy team.
Thus
if invading drains your own bank, but you can deny more enemy motes than you spent on invading: you've won the gambit.
perhaps the motes get refunded on 3 kills and with interest on a team wipe
if your primeval is up then you dying on the enemy side heals your primeval
if you get 0 kills their primeval takes damage

Edit to say: a lot of people have replied saying "people do [XYZ] for the bounties, though!" which I agree is an issue. But that's an issue with bounties in every game mode and would require a design shift to reward players for playing the game optimally vs playing to diversity weapon and subclass load out, which is what I'm assuming the bounties are for.
People also reply saying "the bigger issue is not knowing how to play!" Which, again is a design issue with not rewarding optimal play and lack of tutorials and reinforcement of key mechanics. I think those are discussions for another thread.
The pilot of the reboot has officially been greenlit. But, what story would we see, years after New World, in 2022?
I havenβt done a full Buffy rewatch in awhile but every time I come back to watch an episode or two itβs very often these two.
Yoko factor is so hilarious- there are scenes in it that make me LOL
When Giles says βbloody hellβ when willow says Tara is her girlfriend. l die of laughter every time I watch. Giles in general has great comedic timing in this episode.
Itβs also hilarious when Riley couldnβt believe that Angel wasnβt evil. And thatβs how Angel is when heβs good. And Buffyβs face?! I died at that point too.
And primeval and the defeat of Adam is just epic. Iβm not crazy about Adam and the initiative storyline but I still really like this episode for some reason.
I'm looking to farm hm zuk and was wondering why evrybody recommend seasing, achto or cryptbloom and never talk about normal primeval? I was planning to use dw t88 and normal primeval with entry perks.
I only run invader when no one else in my team takes that role. But I noticed one thing - with our available arsenal, enemy primeval will die before I can enter a portal while I'm running from my team's bank. This distance can be easily traversed in seconds. But while I'm doing that, the enemy team is already tearing their primeval apart with various Heavy exotics that melt the boss just after the first wave of Envoys is down.
TL;DR there is the mechanic of healing enemy primeval on kill, but Primevals these days die so quickly it's practically not existing.
I only learned about the Primeval Guardian conclave of Rangers today and it has my curiosity. For those who have played this Ranger conclave before, how do you play it? What was your Ranger's personality and backstory like just so I can come up with some ideas for a good character.

Beta Testing Structure: Primeval Black 2 will follow a specific and constant release, beginning with Phase 1. As of now, Beta testers will exclusively test the areas from the beginning of the game until Burgh. The purpose of Beta testing right now is to address what is too easy, what is too difficult, bug fixes, and other miscellaneous errors not found in Alpha testing. If you complete a run to Burgh, immediately reset and try a new starter and new encounters, I want to see how much variety there is to the difficulty curve! To be very clear: NOT EVERYTHING IS SET IN STONE IN ANY OF THE DOCUMENTATION, THINGS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BEFORE OFFICI

The past few visits Iβve noticed the water level has gotten lower and lower in the scene with the three velociraptors drinking from the puddle, and today, there wasnβt any water.
Is this intentional on Disneyβs part to highlight climate change or just another thing on the βto-fixβ list?
Whats the point of having catch up mechanics if the enemy team can just stack up invades and make it impossible to catch up in the first place???????
Edit: Come back to seeing my post blew up! goes to show how much tlc gambit needs right now especially as a "core activity". thanks for all the awards :*
Edit 2: My first gold! thank you so much <3
i donβt understand why
I understand that these words are synonyms, but I want to know if there is a time that it would be better to use one over the other.
An example of this is that I've only ever heard of the primordial soup, but never the primeval soup.
