SEC filings are a bitch to read, but bc of the info they contain, I feel like reviewing them is a necessity as much as it is a tedious chore.
Doesn't look like there's been any posts reviewing the filings related to the PIPE in much depth, and I know I've seen more than a few posts w/ specific questions about it - so let's go through some of the key details for the sake of added clarity.

2) The 12/15/21 Notice of Exempt Offering of Securities SEC filing was a claim submitted by DWAC (pending approval) for an exemption from REG D of the Securities Act (SEC regulation that governs exemptions for private placements) regarding the otherwise SEC required, registration of securities (in this case, *convertible* preferred shares) sold to the PIPE investors on 12/4/21.

Been lurking for quite a while here and it's time to get my first pipe and tobacco.
I'm wondering about what good European based online shops do you advise. European as in European Union, so stores in the UK for instance is a no-no for me (custom taxes, etc).
Also... Any last minute pipe/tobacco advises? Been looking at Savinelli and Dunhim for pipes. Absolutely clueless about tobacco!

- Do you have an online goto spot for Beretta King tubes? They seem to go out of stock almost everywhere I look every few months, and there's no stores near me. To make matters worse, the few places that do carry them at those times charge exorbitant prices.
So yeah, anyone know a good online supplier that charges no more than $3 for a carton's worth?
- Anyone know how to make pipe tobacco more top-o-matic 2 friendly, or smoke better in a tube? Currently I use Good Stuff and Ohm. I'm wondering if I should grind it up or something.
Any recommendations? Cutting? Drying a bit? Something else?

A few weeks ago I noticed that when I flush my toilet (upstairs), the drains gurgle. Loudest offenders are the downstairs kitchen sink and the bathtub next to said toilet (probably because both are kind of echo chambers). I had this situation once before a few years back and it just resolved itself in short order, so I didn't pay this any mind.
Then last week (while this noise making is going on still) my washing machine's drain - the one at the end of the pipe that is exiting the building - backed up. Snaked it out (found some pillow fluff or something on the snake), ran the load again, and it didn't seem to back up again after (done a few loads since). Washer is on the ground floor.
Looked up what causes drain gurgling and it's evidently some air - possibly stuck in the pipes somewhere, or possibly because there's a physical clog (though nothing made this obvious).
Today, however, the washer backed up again, overflowing out of the tube the machine's drain pipe routes to. I also noticed, right after, that my kitchen sink was also draining slowly - it at first wasn't draining at all but a quick plunge sent it slowly draining with some slight bubbles coming back up. This definitely did not happen last night, and according to my wife nothing was washed down said sink today so it's not obvious that this would be clogged separately either. If I let the sink flow at half speed or less it doesn't back up at all, but if I go full tilt (especially if the head is aimed right down at the drain) it does so quickly.
Could the backed up washer and sink be related to the gurgling pipes? I've read of a few ways to try and address this (duct tape every drain except the toilet and plunge a while to see if I can dislodge the clog), but have not yet tried anything since it only now became an obvious problem of some sort. Should I try this sealed-off plunging or do these symptoms point to something else?
I'm new to the pipe world so I'm looking for recommendations on good websites to buy pipe smoking items in the UK (if possible).
It's safe to say that if "LDS, Inc." had been exposed as the violent $200 billion dollar, hidden history fear mongerers that they are there would be a far less tragic story about the many lives involved in "Murder Among The Mormons" and millions of other lives. That's part of my reason for sharing what I do here even though I usually take a beating for it.

Iβm trying to recreate the βmaximum lung cancerβ set for all classes. I know the salty dog (smoky) and marxman (yes cigar) are great for all classes, but Iβm struggling to find some the 3rd pipe for classes such as pyro, spy and scout.
My load outs that I have currently are:
Scout: salty dog and marxman
Soldier: salty dog, marxman and lord cockswains novelty mutton chops and pipe
Pyro: bubble pipe and marxman
Demo: salty dog, marxman and bearded bombardier
Heavy: salty dog, marxman, Cuban bristle crisis
Engineer: same as heavy
Medic: salty dog, marxman and nine pipe problem

Ok so i just got a couple of g's of DMT and i was curious if there is a paper or cloth i should get for setting my oil burner down on? I was microdosing small hits earlier and damn near burnt my pants and damaged my pipe. Lol only asking because there may not be a table or solid ground near me at times that will add to my pipes safety. Ive tryed googling this but no help so here i am.
