We're Sophon, a drum and bass duo from Norway. We're Alexander Odden and Bent Stamnes, and we've actually been making music together for a few decades now, and it was only back in 2020 that we decided to go all in on drum and bass together.
Today we're taking your questions together with Alex' partner in wub Michael from u/PegboardNerds whom we worked together with on the track "Shine" which came out just a few days ago. So, fire away with your questions! Production, drum and bass, how to upgrade an Oberheim Matrix-1000 firmware ROM, or perhaps the best OLED retrofit screen for a Nintendo Gameboy Advance — anything goes!
In the future, we have several releases lined up (the next one on Monstercat drops on February 24th!), and we're very excited for 2022!

The title says it all. With the release of Million Reasons, PBN have reached the elusive 100-track milestone (not including the extended mixes or instrumentals of tracks, of course). This is crazy, especially considering their first official release together under this alias was in January of 2012! 100 tracks in less than 10 years.
