Concept: Parashurama is a warrior-priest, the only priest to ever become a warrior. He is designed to be a Mage that functions like a Warrior with the role of countering warriors and guardians. He should be capable of either Solo or Mid lane roles but might not have enough mobility for the jungle.

In addition, every time Parashurama kills an enemy god he also receives a stack of Karmic Transgression that lasts until that enemy god scores a kill or assist against him. Parashurama deals increased damage to gods with Karmic Transgression and his own stacks are tied to the enemies he kills, which have increased damage dealt to him (treated as separate stacks).

4th ABILITY [AOE] Annihilation - Parushurama is transformed into a pure anger being surrounded by a mist of his enemies blood. In this state, all enemies are taunted towards him while he remains in an untargetable form. At the end of channelling this ability, the blood mist erupts damaging all enemies and staining them in the blood which decreases their power. Parushurama can freely move during this ability but can not use anything else.

In his lore, it was also said that he owned Surabhi, the celestial cow, as his pet, which also fits into this kit.
Parashurama is a unique warrior with interesting mechanics revolving around his axe and attacks, with unique mobility options and interesting combos.
Passive: Celestial cow
Surabhi, his magical cow, awaits at his fountain every 20 seconds, ready to be mounted and take him into battle. Parashurama can mount her by walking up to her, and while mounted he gains bonus movement speed and a different first ability for the duration. Duration 12 seconds. He can be knocked off if he he receives or deals damage.
Ability 1 (part 1): Combatant
This ability has a couple of features and mechanics, and will be broken down to explain clearly.
Parashurama throws forward his axe in line dealing damage after a very small wind up, and his axe will remain on the floor spinning around dealing tick damage to enemies in the small area around it.
While his axe is on the floor, Parashurama gains bonus movement speed. He now also basic attacks with his fists for the duration that his axe is out. With his fists, Parashurama deals less damage, however he attacks faster, as he gains attack speed. He also has access to a basic attack combo:
This basic attack chain will reset as soon as he misses one. Continuing to fist basic will count up the combo, and after 4 successful hits of the chain, the fifth attack will be an elbow barge that stuns enemies for 1 second, and will return his axe to himself again.
The axe will be out for 6 seconds or until he completes his combo.
Ability 1 (part 2): Surabhi's leap
Whilst mounted on Surabhi, his first ability becomes Surabhi's leap. Activating this ability causes them to leap forward, dealing damage and causing a small knock up. This cooldown is separate to Combatant, so he can leap and then throw his axe forward if it is not on cooldown.
Ability 2: Tactician
Activating this ability when his axe is out will cause it to return back to him, dealing damage again on its path back.
This ability also grants a buff to his next axe basic attack, which will deal bonus damage in a small aoe around the target and heal Parashurama.
