I have some sort of answer in my head but I have no idea how to put it into words.
I feel like since the first number in the permutation and the position of 1 will constantly change, there will be an instance where the first number will equal to the position that 1 is in, which would give the permutation we are looking for, but this feels like a superficial answer.
Can anyone help me put this into better words?
As someone who’s missed out on the first 2 pack queues, I gotta say that it feels kinda underwhelming lining up for this last one with the chances being so minimal.
What if they started with the general queue first next time? Aside from building up to the highest probability for those that qualify, this means that high CS peeps hitting in the general queue means better odds for the higher tier queues. Which I think is more fair than the current system.
I've got some digital manga that for whatever reason is in the "Japanese orientation", that is when opening the book it starts at the end, and turning pages from right to left (like all English books), progresses to the start of the book.
Is there a way to easily reverse the reading order in Calibre or some other tool?

Point is pretty much what I said above - I see Congress as steadily ceding more and more power to the executive branch; which absolves them of responsibility to make workable law (and take responsibility for explaining compromise to their constituents) while posturing around barely-legislatable culture war and partisan issues to insure support amongst "the base."
President Biden could have pointed out that executive actions going back to the Obama administration have been workarounds for a stalled Congress and pushed back against it, but looks like he's continuing the same-ol', same-old.

Hi all. I'm trying to figure out a way to search for a specific value starting at the end of a list and moving backwards. I also need the index of that value, so reversing the list won't work because that will change all of the indexes around.
Example:
numbers = [2, 5, 6, 9, 4, 6, 3, 5]
I also want to ignore the occurrence of the desired value if it's the last number in the list, so if 5 is the number in question, I need to be able to skip past the last 5 and get index 1 from the above list, since 5 last appeared at that index, ignoring the very last 5.

somehow, especially in stress situations like the cave when i get low and need to heal fast (im using a mod where i can ALT + number to heal instantly) i somehow change the order of my 3 slots.
It feels like they just mirror to the right side or something.
At least everything is messed up.
Is there any hotkey, probably with ALT (or similar) that can cause this?
I didnt find anything in the key-settings.
Hope someone knows what i mean, so i can find out how to avoid the key combination and/or reverse it again to my old inventory order. Takes so much time to replace all items.

It would be nice if there was a way to reverse the order of the songs in a playlist. I could even use that feature to reverse the order and append a song to a playlist and then reverse again so that it's like I pre-pended!
Back in 99, I used Winamp and it had a reverse playlist order feature. It is so annoying that most modern streaming sites (and their mobile apps) lack the most basic playlist organization functions that were in MP3 player software from over 20 years ago!

Not only does every other competitive online multiplayer game that I know of operate with, for exanple, Bronze 4 being the lower division and Bronze 1 being the higher division; Riot LITERALLY use this format in League of Legends, and have for 10 years.
