I'm deciding on a new guitar and was curious what you guys thought of the Noventa? which do you guys think is better
I am torn between the Vintera and the Noventa JM.I already have an Epi LP, so I'm wondering if it would be overkill to get the Noventa with the P90s, since it is more similar to the Humbucker LP?
I also have an old Teisco, and really dig the clear single-coil, chimey sound. Does that mean I'll probably be happier with the Vintera JM, rather than the P90 Noventa?
Thank you very much for your input!

Had a 390 for nearly 2 years now and it has served me well. Bought on looks primarily and some great YouTube that sold me on the tone. Build quality is awesome and it feels like a solid, expensive guitar. The roasted maple neck is lovely. Things that have always felt less than ideal for me personally have been the wide, flat 12" radius neck, as I tend to grab and use my thumb, and I have average to small hands. It feels good to sit down and play in a more traditional style, but stood up with a strap and slung low I find it uncomfortable.
I've always found the pickups quite muddy sounding, and roll the bass contour all the way off to compensate. That said, in a band mix this tends to sit just right anyway and I've never felt it was lacking. The tremolo is neither here nor there... Its limited to floating so offers more wobble than I'd like, and I'm not convinced it looks that appropriate to the guitar design. On the whole it works ace as a live guitar, but I've never got overly excited plugged in sat down with it at home, and it's not made it on to any recordings.
When I saw the Noventa Jazzmaster I felt this would solve my problems - 9.5" neck, traditional Jazzmaster bridge to hopefully increase the twang, more vintage vibe overall and YouTube tone examples sounded spot on. I pushed the button with a view to selling my 390 and it arrived today....but is going straight back.
Firstly, it's faulty. The tone control didn't work until virtually at zero, then just switched to fully rolled off. The trem arm felt like it had already lived a life... Rattling in the thread unless over tightened and the arm way too flat to the body to get a grip of.
The neck felt great, basic fender, nothing out the ordinary but was what I wanted. Overall sound was also what I'd hoped for... More clarity than the 390 and ultimately a fat strat. This is my first Jazzmaster and I found the body a bit odd, comfortable no doubt but I found it slipped off my lap sat down, compared to the 390 which is more of a slab but also contoured and sits just right. The Jazzmaster neck also feels longer, and overall the guitar is not as balanced as the 390 in terms of weight and comfort.
I've laboured over what to do, and if I should just get one that isn't faulty, but these issues out the box leave me questioning the overall quality in the build. While the tone ticked the box I also realised I've been chasing the sound of a fat strat, so the whole exercise feels a bit pointless! Having now c
