I take inbound calls and sell people into plans. Not bad, though they expect us to keep our weekly conversion up. It wouldn’t be hard if they would actually

1. Realize we can’t make every call a sale. Some people just call to curse us out, some people call to ask basic questions that the ads and website already cover. Some people don’t have a valid card or don’t realize they have to pay. Plus with scam emails going out pretending to be us, the people are smart enough to see the red flags but think it’s a bright idea to report it anyway.

2. Try to filter out the crap calls. For every sale I manage to get, I always get 3-4 junk calls.

3. Actually get lifelock member services to do their job. Like they’re supposed to have the transfer extensions as well, but nope. Literally all they know how to do is transfer and cancel, and recently they can’t even do the latter properly.
