A list of puns related to "Northwest Indiana"
Located a new shop in my neck of the woods and wondered if anyone here has received a build from these fellows.
Visited my local AMC theater on Monday. They were out of large popcorn buckets, Bavarian pretzels, and numerous other menu items. Even the soda machines were out of syrups!
Was I mad? NOPE! I smiled the entire time! Clearly they had a busy weekend, and that makes this investor a very happy ape.

I lived in NWI from about 1977-1988 or so (when I was in K12) and have vague-but-fond memories of my dad taking me to a Dunhill shop that might have been in a mall. I donβt think it was the Merrillville mall, but it might have been was in Chicago, in Water Tower Place or something like that.
Anyone have more info on where this shop was, and/or maybe some photos of the shop?
(Edited: Found it. https://www.chicagotribune.com/news/ct-xpm-1996-11-15-9611150250-story.html Was open as recently as 1996, but isnβt there now.)
Looking at an ER position in La Porte, Indiana. Has anyone had any experience with this hospital? Iβm an experienced traveler and ER nurse, but looking to avoid a shit show.
Hey yβall, I need to finally end this argument Iβve had with multiple people for as long as I can remember.
Iβm from Gary, Indiana. I grew up watching Chicago news, reading Chicago newspapers, following Chicago sports teams. Most of the people we knew commuted to Chicago for work. I grew up being able to identify with Chicago culture as much as someone who grew up somewhere like the east side.
However, many people I talk to swear that NWI can in no way be considered part of Chicagoland, and I just have trouble buying this considering how I grew up.
Whatβs yβallβs thoughts on this? Do you consider NWI part of βChicagolandβ. Or would you even go so far as to say that the βsuburbsβ stretch across the state line?
Hello all! My name is Chris. I am trying desperately to break out of my online D&D funk & into the world of actual irl roleplaying. Please lemme know if there is a seat at your table. Thanks!

Good morning! Iβm Ray! Like I said I was lucky enough to get the day off. Looking to spend it chatting with like minded people who share some of my interests.
Iβm a huge comic book fan (mainly Bat-family, some Marvel), Star Wars, video games, reading and music. I also love trying new things like breweries, restaurants, and new places to camp and spend outdoors.
Iβd love to hear from you and get a chance to really connect.
A highway that goes from two lanes in one direction to one lane when entering a skyramp? not a true βbridgeβ but it is an elevated off the ground concrete roadway with no entrances or exits for a bit. It has a thin square silver metal arch right at the entrance and one of those digital speed signs to the right of the entrance that blinks your speed when you are going too fast. When you go under the metal arch a small white light flashed once. The two opposite lanes on the skyramp/sky ridge has a line of toothpick shaped median dividers rather than a concrete divider. Iβve been looking at Google for a while trying to figure out where I was but am not seeing anything like it. I was traveling from the university of chicago to Schererville, indiana and strongly believe I was in Indiana.
