My friend (who frequents Baidu, Weibo, and similar sites) mentioned that in addition to JSJ leaving while carrying those (obviously visible) FNC-related papers, he'd also apparently been brought by a car associated with the company. I'm not sure about the validity or exact source of that latter tidbit, but it's enough to see pics of him leaving the headquarters with those documents in hand. It's obviously also not confirmed that he will/has already joined, but it seems pretty likely based on general circumstances (and, imo, his wide grin in the pics). It also just seems like too much of a coincidence for him to have just stopped by there to pick something up, even if it was related to JS.
I am a bit surprised though since while the thought of SJ joining FNC did cross my mind after the news about JS, and especially after the announcement of Noh Hong Chul's and Kim Yong Man's signings, the thought was voided by the reminder of SJ's status with his agency. However, to be fair, I'm not sure if SJ's agency is a one-man agency as well or what, so that's all debatable.
I also assume that if SJ signs, there's a good chance he'll be appearing on more variety shows soon, unless he focuses more on his international fame. I recall there being this one comment somewhere, maybe here on Reddit or another forum, mentioning how 1/3 of IC is now connected to FNC. So if SJ signs with FNC, about 1/3 of RM will also be connected to the agency. Maybe an even larger portion on RM if the rumors (and speculation) about Song Ji-hyo also signing with FNC end up being validated.
Think the company will end up signing even more big variety stars fairly soon and for an ongoing amount of time? Especially stars associated with YJS? That at least seems to be the pattern so far. Or will they soon stay on the down low for a period of time in order to focus on the new recruits' careers?
