A list of puns related to "Name Authority File"
Alright so my aim was to use Calibre to edit the metadata for my collection and hopefully use that to automatically fix the titles of the files when copying them out of calibre. This has mostly worked except that when I drag a file out of calibre it comes out like:
Book Title - AuthorFirstname Lastname
ex. The Collected Short Fiction - Thomas Ligotti
but what I really want is for it to transfer out like:
AuthorLastname, Firstname - Book Title
ex. Ligotti, Thomas - The Collected Short Fiction
I can not for the life of me figure out how to do this, if it's even doable.
Any suggestions/help would be very appreciated. I would love to finally be able to fix my collection.
This isn't specific to OpenMW, but I am in the process of creating an OpenMW modded experience.
Mod authors.... name your files properly!!!!
Many are fine, but so many are just some generic name or abbreviation that it makes it very challenging for the user to remember what each mod is after downloading a bunch.
Hello everyone. Iβm a TA for a management science course and I had some mids to grade. I was just wondering how I could check if someone has changed the author name of a file. I realise itβs easy enough to do so but is there any way to catch this change?
I reside in Palakkad and there's a COVID-19 testing lab nearby that charges rates higher than the government prescribed limits (βΉ500) for RTPCR tests. In order to travel abroad, 3 of us (family members) got the test done at βΉ600/person. The additional βΉ100 was charged in order to add a QR code in the test certificate which sounded illogical. A point to be noted, the receipt that I received was for βΉ1,500 (βΉ500/person) but I had to pay βΉ1,800. The RTPCR certificate did not come of any use as I had to postpone my travel dates. Later on, I did get tested at another lab prior to my travel and this lab charged βΉ500/person. Also, the QR code was present in the certificate. I feel bad thinking about all those people getting ripped off.
I am downloading a lot of pics and gifs and they are all named like garbage. It would be cool if they would be named like the original post or similar.
Also an option to have the username somewhere would be great, maybe in a good recognizable and parsebale form like [u_iFapHard]
.
When downloading gallery images an enumaration would be great, like (1 of 4)
Special characters and emojis would have to be stripped and maybe a max size should be enforced.
Cheers! :)
Yes, title^.
I'm an agnostic atheist but for the purpose of this post, let's assume that Jehovah is real (pardon me if you still believe in Jehovah).
If Jehovah, is the "one true and most powerful God", then the excuse that "It doesn't bring reproach to Jehovah's name" is the most nonsensical excuse the borg could ever think of for asking its members to not report CSA to the authorities.
Witnesses reporting CSA to the authorities will NOT make Jehovah any less powerful or true. So the excuse that the borg gives is very illogical at best. There was never a time, when I was active, that I made sense of the excuse, and yet the nonsense still carries on.. Even then, if I was PIMI, and I had a child who was abused in the borg by any of its member, I will report to the police immediately, and proceed to file a lawsuit (this has always been my stance on this issue, not the nonsense they say at the kingdom hall).
This is really annoying and actually dangerous for my company, since once I wanted to send Order Confirmation to specific company and they received random .PDF file (in this case Offer made to another company) from my Thunderbird client. It cannot work like that in branch I work in and I wonder why is it happening since last patch.
What I always do is, I receive an e-mail with, for instance, payment confirmation. I want to send it to my client, so I drag the file from the e-mail that was sent to me, to the window where I want to send it to my client. It adds the file, the file has the same name as the one I received, I send it and client receive another file, even though the name is exactly the same (the size changes though). And then when I open this attachment, in already sent file, it shows totaly different PDF than I've sent...
It forces me to uninstall Thunderbird since this is too dangerous for my company and I don't know how to fix it.
I have this strange task to explain to a client why does some files in the Author field in a Word file (Properties -> Details) is written in lowercase eg:. "bigguy" even though his logon name in AD is "BigGuy". Some files are named correctly. My guess is that when the guy logs in using small cases, office suite writes the metadata using lowercase and when logged in like "BIGGUY" it shows uppercases.
Unfortunately i can't test it myself as that given file is 10years old and the AD with all the users doesn't exist anymore.
Does anyone can explain what was going on? Why does office suite was writing the author in lowercase even thought AD logon name clearly had some uppercase characters?
I've extracted all the Wwise .wem and .bnk audio files with filenames and converted them to .wav, and I'm looking for the one that plays in the main area of the Pizzaplex, after Gregory inserts the showtime disk in the audio deck. It's almost exactly the same as Freddy Main Theme - 10-04-21 - Locked Radio Mix.wav
/675627666.wem
but some details are different, like the end of the song, so I'm guessing that it's a different file. I think the "Freddy Main Theme" file is used in the intro of the game (or at least the first half of it).
I'm just looking for a filename or wem ID, I probably have the actual file among the extracted assets.
